We ♥ Aftershokz
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been an Aftershokz customer for the past 3 years and will never go back to conventional headphones. My very first pair of Aftershokz broke this past weekend and I was heartbroken. I've worn them every single day for the past 3 years and it felt like losing a friend. The sound quality is amazing, and the built in mic works like a charm. I love the hands-free wireless bluetooth technology - I bought a pair of wired earbud headphones over the weekend when mine broke and threw them away literally 5 minutes later. I couldn't stand all those cords and having to take my phone with me ... I love the freedom to be able to move around without the confinement of cords. I went into Best Buy to look for a home security system and saw the new sleeker looking Aftershokz for only $99. I snatched them off the shelves and gleefully danced to the register to pay for them. They were on my ears before I left the parking lot. I absolutely love them.

Great alternate listening device
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am always looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced wireless listening device. I find earbuds uncomfortable and they do not stay in place especially during intense exercise. I currently own a pair of Acoustic Sheep wireless headphone which are embedded within a head band. My only issue is that headphones are to be removed after each workout so as not to be damaged by sweat while allowing the headband to dry. I enjoy Acoustic Sheep headphones however for daily use these are not ideal due to removing and replacing headphones within the headband. I conducted extensive research and came across AfterShokz - Trekz Titanium Wireless Bone Conduction Open-Ear Headphones. Runners World ranked these among top listening devices to which I agree. Sound quality and comfort make these perfect for daily use as well as being sweat-proof, meaning they stay in place during the most intense workout. In conclusion, I continue using Acoustic Sheep in conjunction with AfterShokz - Trekz Titanium Wireless Bone Conduction Open-Ear Headphones as they each fulfill a need.

Ridiculously Good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So comfortable not having to stick a heavy earbud in your ears for an hour or more. I tried a demo of the new $250 Beats wireless buds at Apple - so disappointing - these are superior. Comfort value is a 5 plus. They rest on the bone outside your ear, Sound is clearly a 5, these sound better than any buds I have had. They are great for runners, bikers and people who don't want to totally shut out the world. Percussion is ridiculous at this price point, they play loud, great clarity - and if you want to go without zero leaking, just use a comfortable sleeping or musician small earplugs - and they sound as good as my Sony $300 cans - i love them either way. Great technology - bone conduction - go figure. i will share these with everyone in my office and i guarantee people will go out and get a pair - $88. Awesome

So FABULOUS!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Apparently I have ridiculously small ear canals and there are no earbuds that ever fit. These bone conduction headphones have opened up the whole world of earbuds to me! Additionally, I work with Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing kids and many of the hard-of-hearing kids with bilateral hearing aids LOVED these! They can use them while wearing their hearing aids. The sound is great. The ability to hear the world around me is great, too. The battery lasts long in my opinion. I am using them on day three of not charging them, but using them several hours per day. I agree that the back strap should be adjustable, but it worked fine for both me and my little students. It stays in place. If the headphones are placed properly, the outside world doesn't hear much, if anything. Sometimes, though, if someone is standing close, they can hear a bit if the volume is all the way up and the headphones are placed just a little bit off. They look cool, sound great and I love them!

Just not comfortable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to like this product, but found I just couldn't wear it for extended periods of time as it pressed against my temples too hard; I realize that it must in order to remain in place, but it simply wasn't comfortable. Apparently others haven't found this to be the case, but it was for me. Otherwise yes, you can hear the sound perfectly through the bone-conduction. It comes with a set of standard ear plugs (like those you get to go to a concert, not ones to connect to the headset) and I realized that it's because if you're in a noisy environment, you would need these in order to block out the surrounding noise (traffic, work machinery, etc.). If you are typically in a noisy environment, I'm not sure this would be the best solution. I wound up returning mine, but if the pressure doesn't bother you, I would recommend them.

Great for bigger heads, for smaller not as good.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They are super comfortable however if you have a small head i would recommend the bluez 2s because they have a strap that comes with them. I have a small head so they are loose but nothing to big. I personally will be wearing these every time i go running, biking, and water jogging.

Great Value!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I work retail and for years have been looking for something that enables me to listen to my favorite music, (to pass the time), while being able to still listen and help my customers. This product does just that! It is very light and comfortable to wear for my entire shift (normally 7 hours) and I can still perfectly hear everything around me. For someone that doesn't enjoy the radio on at work THIS PRODUCT IS A MUST HAVE!

Great product for active user
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.“This is a review for the AfterShokz Trekz Titanium Wireless Bone Conduction Headphones that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.” I have been hesitant to purchase wireless headphones because the wired continually fall out of my ears during activity. Additionally, the "loop style" always make the back of my ears sore. The Trekz fit and feel amazing. They go primarily unnoticed on my head, and certainly no not cause any pain or soreness. The only concern for me has been that they are slightly to long of a loop, and "flop" at the back of my neck when doing weight training. To be fair however, this is not enough to become an annoyance, or to take them off. The sound is great, and the fact that I can hear my surroundings make them especially appealing. In fact, my 15 year old son borrowers them to ride his bike so that he can remain alert to his surroundings as well. I am not overly picky with sound quality, so to judge this would not be fair. I can say, the volume and clarity are excellent, and they were VERY easy to set up and use. The wireless connection was great. At the gym, I was able to place my phone (music device) in a cubby, and walk away. No issues receiving a signal throughout the entire work out. I am very pleased with these headphones.

Good Open ear headphones
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are pretty good given the design chosen for it. The rubber will break down after a few years and snap, so be wary of that.

Thought it was gimmicky but now I'm a believer!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using the AfterShokz for a little over a week now I I am really impressed with their performance, The sound is pretty good considering its not going directly into the ear. That being said the sound is amazing when you put in the supplied ear plugs. It really brings the bass to life! Most of the time I use them at work. I like to be able to hear my music or podcasts when im working, but I have to keep my ears available to hear computers alarm. Prior to the AfterShokz I was using either a bluetooth speaker or wired in ear headphones with one ear out. The AfterShoks are the best option for me as I can hear my music in stereo and my co-workers arent complaining about my Vaporwave. Another use I've found for them is when I'm working with loud equipment in my garage. The other day I ran my weedeater while listening to a podcast. It was great. I usually have to play the music really loudly to be able to hear it when running the weed eater. I was skeptical of them at first but now I'm a believer. All my co workers at the uplink want a pair now too! This is a review for the AfterShokz Trekz Titanium Wireless Bone Conduction Headphones that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review

Outstanding Tech with some needed adjustments
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.we LOVE these headphones. Seriously, they were purchased for my boyfriend's father and we spent the next 2 days arguing about who got to try them next. They're great - as someone who is easily startled it allowed me to be focused on my work while hearing what was around me. The sound is CRYSTAL clear and it's honestly a crazy feeling. It's like having a concert in your head. There is one thing I will say needs to be adjusted and one thing to be aware of: 1. I wish these were individual over the ear pieces. The band that goes behind your head is a little cumbersome and not overly comfortable if you go to lean your head back. 2. It takes a lot of getting used to - everyone has their own sweet spot for volume. This is not a manufacturing flaw - just something to be very aware of. You definitely do NOT need this on as loud as it goes.

Great purchase for hearing aid wearers
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my new headphones and so does my husband, family and friends. They can hear me much clearer when we talk. They say that I don't sound muffled or distant to them anymore. They work well with my hearing aids that I can listen to other conversations and my music as well. The only two down sides that I have found is: 1. If you wear eyeglasses there is a little more pressure in the area that the headphones lay. 2. There is no heavy base beat when listening to music. But I think with people wearing hearing aids it is better that way. They are light weight, comfortable and easy to connect to my phone. No wires getting in the way when I'm working out. They stay in place when I'm moving around. I'm so pleased with the product. My ear buds will be put on retirement. Thank you "TREKZ':-):-)

Good Sound, Reliable Bluetooth, Cool Concept
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using bluetooth headsets with my IPhone 7 with various levels of success over the past several months. In addition to being a pretty cool concept (bone conduction leaves your ears open while offering great sound), these headphones have been super easy to use with my phone and have reliable easy bluetooth. The sound is great particularly when you consider that these don't even go in your ears! They fit well and look cool. Plenty of people have commented (some admittedly confused) about the concept but think its very cool once I explain it. I'd recommend these to to anyone who want easy, reliable phones. Pros Great Sound Cool Concept Good conversation piece Good fit Easy bluetooth Cons Outsiders can hear the sound a bit more than on my old headphones Overall very cool. Okay but hurt my ears
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to love these because I don't like having headphones inside my ears. They definitely work and the sound quality is good. The noise cancelling worked as well. They also had a stylish streamlined appearance and fit just fine with glasses. My 2 complaints are the fit and vibration. 1. Super uncomfortably tight. It pressed against my face and over time really hurt the back of my ears. I wish it had a bit of cushioning or a bit softer rubber. 2. If I turned the volume up it would vibrate against my face. I didn't like that sensation against my face.

Most amazing headphones ever owned
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I work on an ambulance and my son in law and daughter purchased these for me for my birthday three days ago. I've barely been without them since. I can listen to music and still be able to hear patients or my grandchildren if they need me. The sound quality is outstanding and doesn't hurt my ears like all my other headphones after a bit. It was one of those few gifts that I don't think I could live without now. I love that I can chart with these on and my partner can still talk to me without having to take them off or turn them off. Well worth the money!

Recommend 100%
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used these for over 5 years now. I love them. I have only had to get them replaced,(Reminder, buy the protection plan) once because for some reason they lost the ability to connect to my phone. These are perfect for working out, riding your bike or just having in the office so you are aware of the world around you. Thes are better quality than 99% of what you will find on the market. If you are on the fence, JUST DO IT.

AfterShokz is great!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having seen some advertisements for this product, I was very interested in this technology. Unfortunately, Best Buy has no way to test them like other products in the store. Knowing the return policy I decided to buy them and return them if not satisfied. Fortunately, I have enjoyed them very much. I do get some looks from folks who have no idea what they are! LOL! They stay charged for a long time. So, overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

Great for music! Not Phone calls.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.listening to music, watching a video works fantastic! However... whenever there is a phone call, everyone complains they cannot hear me, we have a bad connection, am I feeling ok? The call part of the headphones is the reason I cannot say it's great. But the battery life is great when listening to music!

Excellent if you have hearing problems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these back in January. I am hard of hearing. After my neighbors complain about my TV too loud. It was the best buy that I ever made. I can hear the TV very clear no muddle. When I have them on the phone I don't have to ask anyone what did you say. The take all the muddle out and it comes through so clear. The only fault is after wearing them my ears hurt. They should resign for better comfort.

INCREDIBLE!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This company and product are truly exceptional. As an avid swimmer I have tried multiple "waterproof" and "bluetooth" headphones throughout the years but NOTHING compares to these the xtrainerz for swimmers. And I cannot say enough about their customer service- always always always helpful, quick and responsive. You will not go wrong with this product!
