You still can't hear background noises unless you set the headphones more over your temples, but when you do that you can't hear your music. They are durable, they have taken many falls. According to my peers the warranty is excellent.

Good sound, a little odd wearing bicycle helmet

They sound good and seem to have plenty of battery life. I wish they came in a different package for storage. They feel a little weird when wearing a bicycle helmet but you get used to them. Overall I’m very happy.
