    This is a neat "headphone" that lets you listen to music while able to hear surrounding sounds. It seems more of a novelty than for actual safety. Another thing to consider is that it can still cause loss of hearing. It won't damage your eardrum but will damage the little hairs that actually detect sounds. So don't listen with the volume too loud.
