Bordy was the best. He was very professional and did it right. Not like the first installers put the air conditioner in the wall and left. He said need to come back with boards and it would cost you $100.00 dollars Really

The third party installer was very late because best buy did not forward the right information to them. My email said my appointment was between 8am and 12 noon, they showed up at almost 2pm. The email that was sent to them said my appointment was between 12noon and 4pm. So technically, it was not the third parties fault they were late. And after about an hour on the phone nothing was done.

The a/c may be right. It does cool down the room. But, installation is the pits. the adhesive used looks patched up cold air coming through the gaps.

The guys who installed my new air conditioner were friendly, efficient, helpful. They even removed the old Air Conditioner.

Air conditioner was finally installed. Additional material was needed to complete the installation. I was not contacted by the installer to set up and additional appointment. I had to take the initiative and call Best Buy to set up the 2nd appointment. That installation went well.

Installers were excellent. They worked hard and carefully to remove old unit. Very courteous and explained everything. And they cleaned all the floor and outside deck.

The unit is very compact relative to the window unit it replaced. Much smaller and very "modern" looking compared to the window unit it replaced, with better cooling capacity. A very good buy with which I am happy.
