Good product gets the house cool really fast worth the money

the guy that installed my unit was fantastic-first unit I bought was not the right size so he helped me pick out a new unit online and made sure he was the installer to put it in

Best Buy kept pushing the date of installation back. I finally asked a friend to help me install it. I was told by someone at Best Buy that they would send me a shipping label so I could send the defective AC unit back. It has been over a week and I've received no label. I think I should reconsider my plans to buy a new gas stove and have it installed as well as having my old electric range hauled away.

Quick, efficient, courteous, professional. Handled all aspects of installation with attention to safety and cleanup afterwards. Also very good about communication both before arrival and afterwards with follow-up call.

The delay between delivery of the air conditioner was scheduled to be almost two weeks. IN addition, the day before installation I was called an an additional four days were added to the date. Your General Manager was extremely helpful in getting us through the 90 degree weather

Those installers are true magicians. Highly recommend to let them do it. Dont try to install yourself as the product's written directions are in semi-English.

The installation professionals ("Geek Squad" is a dumb name) were great. They worked quickly and were very nice people. That's important and valuable in this city.

Purchased online. Pickup department was extremely helpful. GEEK squad was 3rd party outsourcing. Scheduled for first appointment in morning. Arrived at 5:30pm. No fault of installers. Their dispatch redefined routine without regard to customer convenience and prior commitment. Installation is flawless

They did a fine job--cleaned up after, and all seems to be well. And thanks to the people in scheduling, who updated me with new date, and then new time info. Installers also called when 30 minutes out.

The AC is fine. the installation was not smooth. It seemed as though the installers were new on the job. Ripped the side installation on both sides of the window insets.

We had a few air-conditioners installed. And I was lucky enough that they send us the same guy for all of the installations. And not only was he courteous but informative. And despite that the building was giving him a hard time he was very professional I would definitely recommend the geek squad.

the two technicians who installef my ac unit were great. explained everything very clearly and made sure I was able to set it up for online remote access. they were very knowledgeabke and smart.

The team helped get the new AC in for my parents during this hot summer.
