Shayne and Giovani were great, the ACs were awful. Gilbert was also great with the uninstall and removal of both.

They did ok until they tapped up the sides of the air conditioner. I could have done that. Just not a professional installation

Installation was a good price. I would have liked to have use of all my windows, but the sales person misinformed me of what was included. Make sure they come out to assess the situation before the install date. Also, don't plan anything on the install date because they come late.

They got here within the allotted time. Did a great job hooking everything up, told me how it worked, left no mess and a few extra bits of insulation.

Can't say enough good things about the Geek Squad. They did a fantastic job removing my old air conditioner & installing the new one. They took great care in hauling the old unit out of my house. I would highly recommend them hands down!

The a/c arrived on time. Three techs came to install. Installation was very sloppy. They left bits & pieces of sticky, spongy tape on the unit & my window. Had to redo. Should have done it myself!

The only complaint I had was that it took 4 air conditioners to get 2 2 were smashed inside the carton Best Buy and their installers handled the problem as good as could be expected. They were here when promised. cleaned up

The listed specs on this unit state that it includes heat. Not only does it not, but Best Buy can not seem to even access a unit that does come with a built in heater. I did not discover any of this until I had purchased the unit and Best Buy had installed it in my apartment. This has put my in an awkward position, as the state of CA mandates that apartments have heat. As it sits, I cannot legally rent or sell my apartment without either replacing the ac unit or installing a separate heater. I thus attempted to return the unit, but apparently it isn't eligible for Best Buy to come pick it up as it was shipped direct from the manufacturer. They can't take it back, and can't exchange it for another with heat. I am not a litigious person, but I don't know how to proceed here.
