Just plain awful and Best but doesn’t care.

Then they wanted to cut the plastic that goes in the window which GE said would have voided the warranty. I told them to leave my home. Then I called Best Buy and requested a call back from management about my issue and they never called. No one from Best But cared about my situation. The nice man over the phone said he would get different installers. The same company showed but 2 people who spoke English showed up and taped the plastic in place. So not only did I get two sets of incompetents bit Best Buy management can’t even call back. Such a disgrace for this company. Don’t do any business with Best But when they use a 3rd party. Trust me on this!!!
