There's nothing new here as far as content goes. What's new is the case. Embossed metalpack. And the addition of a 32 page booklet. If you're a true collector, go ahead and double dip. If you just want the movie, go with the cheaper earlier release, all the content is still there.

Epic, awe inspiring anime wonder. 4K picture and sound mix is phenomenal . This movie may never look or sound better.

Amazing visuals bring this classic into the modern age. With all the extras, this packs a punch. I was able to take off dubbing, use the original Japanese soundtrack and put on subtitles. Awesome buy!!

Mainly bought this for the lovely steelbook that has a 3d effect on it. Heat movie regardless, but if you've already got the movie on bluray, get this only if you like steelbooks

I got this movie because I had been wanting to see it for a long time and it was fantastic. Best Buy is the only place I've ever been able to purchase it at and I'm sure glad I did.

Watching this for the first time as a kid it changed my life as far as cartoons or anime went. The opening sequence is one of the coolest things I think I've ever seen on film.

I bought this to replace a DVD. Great quality and looks awesome on my big screen. Only complaint is that they redubbed it from the old original. Much better dialogue in original.

The quality of the case is totally legit, I have plenty of steelbooks but this one is one of my favorites. The movie is really great, an old one but definitely a classic.

A landmark anime movie that really brought the genre to the US. A must watch.
