I purchased this chair originally 2 years ago and was pleasantly surprised. It also held up well and is still in great condition. I went ahead and just bought another since the wife kept using mine.

Great gaming chair. My son loves it! He used to complain about back pain, but no complaints sin he is using this chair.

Great chair and even better service. I broke an armrest on it that was completely my fault and the service was nothing short of amazing. This happened in April after I bought the chair in February and emailed them about a week after it happened. I totally forgot I did and the email sat in my spam folder until late July at which point I figured they wouldn’t be able to help out with the time that passed and the fact I bought it from a retail store. I figured I may as well try and not even fifteen minutes later they said they just needed the receipt, pictures, address and name of the purchase which I gave two hours later. They responded again in five minutes and said they would send me a replacement but may take a little bit due to inventory but not even a day later it has shipped!

Man ive bough a few gaming chairs in the past but this one takes the cake im 280 lbs and it fits me with plenty of room to spare the chair is absolutely massive and comfortable worth every penny i spent

This chair is one of fhe best gaming chairs ive ever owned. Feels amazinf and can literally spend all day sitting down without even realizing it.

So comfortable and maneuverable. Sleek, adjustable and sitting in it feels like it supports you all over. The lumbar and neck pillow are spot on. Assembly instructions are a little thin, but good value for price.

I bought this chair when it was on sale. It’s not bad and doesn’t kill your back and well as it doesn’t hurt to sit on for hours of gaming. It definitely is made out of strong durable materials where I know I won’t need to be buying a new one for a while. I do recommend if you have the money for it.

This chair is comfortable, my only problem with it is that if it’s hot then you sweat more. It also attracts cat hair because it’s fabric. People complain about the instructions and even though there are no words, its fairly straight forward.

I’m a YouTuber and I sit for long periods of time recording and editing and the have to say that this chair is the most comfortable chair to be used for my channel. amazing chair for the price. Memory form seat thats still supportive enough to last a long day playing and the adjustable arm rests are in the perfect spot.

So far so good. Basic simple instructions. Great features and everything seems to be working the way it should be so far. Waiting for the new seat smell to go away but it’s not that bad. Also the base seems to rattles a little at least on my floor. My rug solved that issue. Overall, I’m enjoying it so far. Firm but comfortable.

I had been using a cheap standard office chair before buying this chair, and I have to say the difference is like night and day. I suffer from sporadic back pain that has grown worse over time. This chair helps my posture and is so comfortable. I've been using this chair daily for well over a month now, and I must say I haven't had any back issues, when in the past with my other cheapo office chair I couldn't sit longer than 10 minutes without the pain starting. This chair is fully adjustable, and I love the lumbar support and the head rest. Very well thought-out design. I would recommend this chair for anyone who is just looking for a comfortable chair, whether for gaming, work or just casual PC use. It does go on sale fairly often so keep an eye out for sales.

Overall chair is very comfortable, easy to put together with all needed tools included. I work from home and play games. I have felt very good after sitting in it for long hours. Durability seems good but only time can tell with that. The only complaint is the wheels, but I’m not sure I actually have assembled them correctly. FWIW I would buy again.

I really like the chair it was quiet a bit of put together sort of like ikea furniture but it’s comfortable the pillows help support and keep good posture

Solid chair. I use it to sit in while I do my college work online 5-8 hours a day. Putting this chair together may take two people so someone can hold it while someone else puts screws in. Also I’m an average size person and I fit in the chair well but my 6’2 brother is too wide for the chair.

Not only did this chair exceed the basic need that it was purchased for, I was surprised at just how comfortable it is at full recline. I'm sure I could sleep in this thing! I also tried to tip it over backwards to test safety, but it wouldn't dump me, which is obviously a good thing.

Great chair for the price! Build quality is as nice as more expensive options. I like that they dont use the fake leather since over time it flakes off and becomes a mess.
