Great for longer gaming sessions
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been using a cheap standard office chair before buying this chair, and I have to say the difference is like night and day. I suffer from sporadic back pain that has grown worse over time. This chair helps my posture and is so comfortable. I've been using this chair daily for well over a month now, and I must say I haven't had any back issues, when in the past with my other cheapo office chair I couldn't sit longer than 10 minutes without the pain starting. This chair is fully adjustable, and I love the lumbar support and the head rest. Very well thought-out design. I would recommend this chair for anyone who is just looking for a comfortable chair, whether for gaming, work or just casual PC use. It does go on sale fairly often so keep an eye out for sales.

Chair
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Solid chair. I use it to sit in while I do my college work online 5-8 hours a day. Putting this chair together may take two people so someone can hold it while someone else puts screws in. Also I’m an average size person and I fit in the chair well but my 6’2 brother is too wide for the chair.

Great Chair for All Types of Use
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not only did this chair exceed the basic need that it was purchased for, I was surprised at just how comfortable it is at full recline. I'm sure I could sleep in this thing! I also tried to tip it over backwards to test safety, but it wouldn't dump me, which is obviously a good thing.

Comfortable for all day use
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very comfortable for sitting all day. Easy to assemble. My only issue is that the bottom of the chair is about an inch lower (16”) than my previous chair (17”) so it makes it an issue with my wrist placement on my desk. Other than that, a very comfortable and solid chair.

Out of 2 chairs, only 1 weak part. 4.5/5.
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great chair but mine came with a fluke part - I broke the arm off by accident without having applied much pressure, nor being very far out from the part itself (close to the pivot, I know it wasn't over-stressed). The part is the metal "L" bracket that holds the arm top (softer padded part) to the main piece of the arm. My parents have the same chair in their home, and has had it for longer than I have myself. My daughter has put far more pressure on the arms than I would have on my own, and their chair doesn't bend, crack, or creak. It's 100% solid. The manufacturer is working with me to replace the arm completely, so I'm satisfied with that. If I'd never had to replace anything or deal with the manufacturer, it'd be 5 stars for sure. Also, being a 150 lb guy with a fat cat, I can recline all the way back with my cat on my chest and it doesn't tip or get wobbly. I'm nervous to lift my hands up past my body while reclined back, but that's a personal thing - it's never wobbled. Remember these chairs aren't really designed for comfort, more for style. 3.5/5 stars for comfort, which is to be expected.

Great chair for work and gaming
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent chair. I work 10-12 hour days from home due to the pandemic and needed to upgrade my home office chair. I can sit in this chair all day for work then again for gaming at night and never get uncomfortable or anything. Highly recommend, especially when they’re on sale!

surprisingly good quality
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Surprised at how sturdy this is. The chair felt absolutely comfortable---It made working for 8h bearable, which is a lot if you think about it. The base is quite heavy which I guess helps with the fact that the chair stays rather than move around a lot.

Excellent Chair
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good chair. Took time to get used to it after previously only using normal office chairs which always broke after 1 to 2 years due to being made out of wood and plastic. With the metal frame on this chair it will likely last much longer and save money over time.

Comfortable Chair
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got my husband for our Anniversary and he loves it. He is working from home and loves gaming so it was a perfect fit. It’s very comfortable, love the fabric (very breathable and doesn’t make noise when he moves around like the other leather feeling ones) and overall very long for him.

Comfortable and Solid, not Pet Friendly
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The chair is very comfortable for long stints at my desk and seems quite well built/destined to last. However, the fabric is not the best for a home with pets. It tends to collect and really hold onto pet hair, so new papers to spend time vacuuming/picking our pet hair from the seat is you have any furry friends in the house.

||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing chair! Very super comfortable and all these other “office chairs” for like $400 and they’re not even comfortable! Expensive but worth it
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Most expensive chair I’ve ever purchased and by far my favorite! Only quarrel is that the recline is non existent for when I want to prop my feet up, it will force you forward. Other than that it’s a very good, comfortable chair.

Gaming Throne
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Being a bigger guy (6’1” 275lb) I thought this chair wouldn’t hold up to my size. I was wrong. This chair, even after multiple hours of gaming remains comfortable. I’ve already recommended it to friends.

Comfortable for lower back pain
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super comfortable, I weigh about 160 and it supports my back perfectly. Previous chairs caused pain near my tailbone but not this one. My only complaint would be the head rest isn’t exactly comfortable. It doesn’t support the way it should. However, the rest of the chair is very comfortable and recommended.

Great Chair
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am working from home full time now and my cheap chair I bought on Amazon was worn out. I decided to spend a bit more money this time and I am glad I did. The recline function is great for laying back while taking breaks and this chair is great for my bad back. Highly recommend!

Game Changer!
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After owning this chair, I will never go back to regular desk chairs ever again. This revolutionized my time on my computer. It's extremely comfortable and has so many options for adjustments. Anyone that spends a lot of time at a desk, on a computer, must get this chair.

Not For Me -- Caused Severe Back Pain
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to love this chair. I did a lot of research and even measured myself to make sure the chair would work for my height and ergonomic needs. I'm six feet tall and slim. I work remotely and do a good amount of FPS mouse-and-keyboard gaming (Overwatch), so I can easily spend 8-plus hours a day in my chair, even with breaks. Within two days, this chair left me in back pain so severe I couldn't sleep, pick up my seven-year-old niece or even lie down on the floor. I'm a rock climber and have been using a wooden bench as my computer chair for years without much issue, so I'm not exactly fragile. This chair simply wasn't designed for me. Here's what I think made it such a bad fit. First, the seat angles down slightly from front to back, which is not a good position for me to root my posture. For good seated posture, your hips should be slightly higher than your knees. This was borderline impossible in this chair, even if I sat towards the front of the seat cushion. Second, the lumbar pillow sticks out way too far. I couldn't use the lumbar pillow and sit back in the chair. When I took the lumber pillow off, I ended up crumpled into the chair like a donut. From now on I'll be looking at chairs with adjustable lumbar support. Third, The seat back adjustment doesn't let you put it straight up. Once you tilt the chair beyond leaning slightly back, the tilt mechanism will not catch and the chair back continues to lean forward. The neck pillow is attached by a really silly plastic mechanism which comes out easily, and it didn't do much for me anyway (I should have known as neck pillows almost never add comfort or support for me anyway). Long story short, my back was working overtime to support my body in this chair, and it seized up terribly within a short period of time. Some other, more minor issues that I didn't find in the reviews I read: 1. The armrests aren't truly 4D. You can tilt them horizontally at an angle but you can't truly take them in and out left-to-right. I'm on the slimmer side and I wasn't able to pull the armrests in enough to support my arms down at my sides, which is better for aiming in FPS games and better for my shoulders. 2. The upholstery is scratchy. My skin isn't exactly sensitive but I couldn't even wear a thin shirt and sit in this chair without the fabric bothering me. The logos stitched into the pillows were particularly bothersome. 3. The plastic piece that encases the chair tilt lever doesn't stay mounted properly. Not a huge issue but not ideal either. It's possible that this chair was just designed for people who are both tall and have bigger builds ,or people who prefer to slouch into a chair. I can tell you it certainly does not work for my body type or seated posture needs. I will be returning it to Best Buy this week. A few things this chair does well: * It elevates to a pretty good height (but its specs top out at 6'3" so definitely go for something else if you have long legs) * The cylinder is good and sturdy, holds me well. * It's quiet -- not wobbly or creaky at all * The armrests were comfortable for me over longer periods of use. The height adjustments allowed for my long arms * The seat cushion, besides the scratchy upholstery, was a good firmness and the bucket seats felt comfy to me (might crowd a bigger body though) * The build quality is fine. My only issue is that there was no protective stitching around the screw holes, so if you need to take it apart and reassemble it multiple times (e.g., if you move homes a lot), that could impact the upholstery over time. My ultimate advice to you would be not to let the aesthetics or brand appeal of a "racing chair" overtake what you and your body really need. It's worth spending a little more money or letting go of a certain look to get something that really works for you.
