Awesome chair that is comfortable to sit on. Extended hours of gaming does make the chair uncomfortable but overall I am impressed with the build quality. Maybe I had low expectations but it has been good. Still no squeaking when I swivel.

Really comfortable chair that is so much better than a cheaper office chair.

The seat itself is surprisingly comfy, and the armrests, while not padded, aren't noticeably uncomfortable. I like that I can adjust them in numerous directions to keep them usable depending on how I'm sitting. I could not, however, get comfortable sitting in this chair. The lower support pillow has to be adjusted whenever you move, and presses into your back unless you are sitting straight up. The neck pillow digs into your neck/head and is actually painful after awhile. And removing the pillows would mean sitting against the solid, unpadded back of the chair with no support. I also found the lack of a recline option frustrating, as I wasn't a fan of having to use the lever to switch from sitting up to reclining and I tend to move around often at my desk.

The build wasn’t too complex and for the price this isn’t a terrible chair. My problem is I am 6’2 and about 225 lbs. the headrest cushion cannot be adjusted and never sat between my neck, it was always on my back and I had to keep shifting it. The lower cushion attachment also continued to sink to the bottom of the chair, so i consistently had to lift it up. If I ever shifted or moved, had to repeat that process. Lastly, it was not comfortable for long sits. My back constantly got bothered and tight, and my lower back not being supported very well also bothered me. With so few adjustment settings, this chair just couldn’t cut it. I imagine for a teen, or someone of smaller stature, it might be better, but it simply didn’t cut it for me and I returned it. I decided to spend a lot more cash on the Herman Miller gaming chair. Much more expensive but much more comfortable for me as I work on front (and then if time allows) game in front of a monitor all the time.

This chair has been great only thing I would say that isn’t good is if you lean forward a little to far it will tip over.
