Bought this for my son for Christmas. He is very happy with it. Very comfortable chair. It was easy to put together.

It's comfortable for gaming for hours. Also reclines nicely and comfortable enough for taking a.nap.

The seat itself is surprisingly comfy, and the armrests, while not padded, aren't noticeably uncomfortable. I like that I can adjust them in numerous directions to keep them usable depending on how I'm sitting. I could not, however, get comfortable sitting in this chair. The lower support pillow has to be adjusted whenever you move, and presses into your back unless you are sitting straight up. The neck pillow digs into your neck/head and is actually painful after awhile. And removing the pillows would mean sitting against the solid, unpadded back of the chair with no support. I also found the lack of a recline option frustrating, as I wasn't a fan of having to use the lever to switch from sitting up to reclining and I tend to move around often at my desk.

Easy to put together and super comfortable. The lumbar support is kinda awkward.

I absolutely love this chair. My favorite feature might be the fact that you are able to adjust it to whichever angle you want it, in case you want to rest back for a little bit. I have never felt discomfort from sitting on it. The only thing that I would change about it would be the fabric. In some occasions, I've felt a little hot from sitting on this chair for too long, but aside from that everything else is great.

I am not a gamer but bought this chair based on its good reviews and I loved the way it looks. I work from home several days a week and needed a chair that is comfortable for several hours. It was easy to assemble and AKRacing has some excellent assembly videos on their website. I am a fairly big guy, 6'3" and 250 lbs and this chair is comfortable all day. I would absolutely recommend it.
