The chair is very uncomfortable it has caused bruising and swelling in my legs as soon as the weather clears if I will be returning the chair

I bought this online at Th e store weeks before Christmas and on Christmas Eve they notified me it would not be available until January 17th. I think it would have been great but I had to cancel due to it being a Christmas present for my grandson.

This chair was made for small asian men. If youre a man with decently sized theighs then youll take literally HP damage from sitting in this chair. Too tight, too small, only buy if youre at your bodies BMI

Terrible I purchased this as an open box - excellent condition. Several screws missing and I live 2 hours away from a best buy store, now I have to drive back and take it back. Ill never buy open box again!

If I could give it a zero, I would. The description states that it has adjustable tilt and rocking. DO NOT BELIEVE IT. It does not tilt, it does not rock. The only thing it does is recline. The description states that the seat is 20 inches, however the actual sitting area is about 14 or 15.

Chair looks good, has great features, only bad thing is it Very Uncomfortable!!! You can only stay in it for about 20 to 30 minutes at a time.

chair is horrible. got this chair in September 2020 & now February 16 2021 the lever that moves the back support front or back completely broke off. very cheap

The measurements for the seat don't take into consideration the ridge. It is uncomfortable for a larger person.

They sent me a printer instead of a chair. I didn't know anyone can't tell the difference between a chair and a printer.

The chair was extremely uncomfortable. Cause major back pain after an hour of use. Had to return.

The package was lost meaning I have no chair at this time so I can not review it

The chairs arms are adjustable only for name sake and they dont come high enough for me to rest my arms comfortably. The back doesnt have enough motion and doesnt rock. For 400$ I expect this at the minimum.

Let me start by saying that I am not a gamer, and did not purchase this chair for playing games, however I do work at a desk for extended periods of time, and thus far this chair is great. I have had decently priced chairs in the past and this one beats the other office chairs that I have had without a doubt. Lazy Boy desk chair do not offer the comfort or support that this chair offers. I am 6'2 approx 220 pounds and this chair fits me well, and the adjustable lumbar support is great - Now that I have it I do not know how I did without it. The chair took approx 30 minutes to setup without issue. The chair is a very solid chair, there is no wobble in it whatsoever. I will be interested to see how long it will remain this way. I will update this product as I continue to use it.

Absolute trash. Shoulders being pushed forward, WOBBLY armrests AND back. Uncomfortable. Not worth the money AT ALL.

This chair is by no means a bad chair, however with the high end brand of DXRACER not to much more money I wish I had bought a dxracer instead. Some things I like about the chair are it was very easy to put together, it's well built, and it's decently comfortable. Some things I don't like about it are its cloth material so if you're sitting for long periods of time it gets really hot in the chair, the cloth material can get uncomfortable at times, it doesn't go low enough to the ground, the slightest push moves the arm rests, and it takes awhile to get to a comfortable spot. Now I'm not saying this chair is just awful in every way possible once you find a comfortable spot it is good. However with DXRACER being $100-$150 more expensive and a lot nicer of a chair its worth spending the extra money in my opinion. 3/5 from me. Nothing to terribly bad with this chair but just some small gripes that shouldn't happen in a $330 chair. Only would recommend this to a friend if they literally couldn't spend any more money.

The chair actually tilts to the front when you sit in it. I would not recommend this chair to anyone. Not good on the knees.

The weight limit for this chair is 330lbs, and I am definitely below that, however I do not fit in this chair. If you look at the picture you can see how the sides of the chair curl up, supposedly to cradle you in the seat. Well my legs went right where it curled up, and hence it was so painful to sit in this chair I couldn't stand it for longer than an hour or two. Make the seat flat, and this would be an amazing chair! I wish I could've tried this in-store and found this problem before buying it!!! Now I have to go through the trouble of a return. My average sized boyfriend (far less than 300lbs) tried the chair and barely fit himself. He complained that even though he fit he couldn't spread his legs or sit at an angle because of the curling up issue. They really just need to re-design the seat. However, to be fair, if you are a small-medium sized person this chair is well built, has very solid materials and soft but supportive padding, and had I fit in it I would be very happy with this purchase.

Very nice, soft, comfortable as heck. Easy setup when it came time to build.
