Overall, A decent chair, its comfortable especially with the headrest pillow and the lumbar support. Having the adjustable arm rests are nice too depending on the position of which I'm playing games in or simply just browsing the internet. Being able to lean back in the chair and kick my feet up is a plus as well. I think the Quality is good but lacks in a few places but for what i paid Its a good budget friendly chair

Got it on sale for $300 and it has been absolutely amazing. Decided to make an investment on something nicer and this chair has not disappointed for the price point. Extremely comfortable, very configurable, relatively simple installation. 5 stars

My only complaint was the instructions were pretty vague other than that the chair is exactly what it said it would be and we are VERY happy with it!!!

Very comfortable chair. The front of the chair is a little unstable. When I am about to stand up, the seat will lean forward and wobble a bit, so unstable, easy to loose balance

i love this chair i only just got it last night but just in this short time i all ready put over 8 hours on this chair and loved it i have no back pain and is just overall worth every penny

I have been looking for quite some time at the “racing” style chairs, some with real leather, faux leather and even PVC. But this chair was exactly what I was looking for as it is covered with a durable cloth, heavy duty gas lift, swiveling arm rests and soft pillows. The pillows concerned me because most of the pictures that I have seen look like they are covered with a vinyl material. These pillows however are covered with cloth as well, they are adjustable and very comfortable. The seat cushion is fairly stiff at first, but I prefer it that way so as not to get quickly fatigued on soft foam, which will sag quickly as well. I am 5’11”, less than 220 lbs, and the seat is comfy yet hugs nicely. There is plenty of height adjustment for how tall my legs are, and of course the seat back reclines to a parallel degree. The list price coincides with the chair’s quality, but it is even better to grab it when it goes on sale. I had no problems with the assembly, all bolts and screws lined up perfectly. I have to say it is THE best office chair that I have ever purchased.

This chair lasted us three years. Where the bottom of your thighs near the knees are pressing against the chair, the chair is fraying and coming apart. There are two complete holes on either side. This is also made for someone with a not stout or big frame. I probably would not recommend this if its only going to last three years.

Had to send first one back, broken and missing parts. Best Buy was great, got a new one in two days. Chair is great so was customer service.

have the obsidian office version and the cushion on the bottom is not thick enough for a grown adult. Can feel the wheel base against my tail bone. Of course I am a beast at 250lbs and 6'3". everything else is good about the chair. A cheapo serta. has better back and tailbone support. Dear tail bone R.I.P. I actually made spacers to give more droop to the bottom. But also worth mention is they Put a metal bracket right in the center of the seating cushion. Truly some of the worst engineering I have ever seen and I am a 20 yr plumber.
