Will never buy from BB

Tried to return it but I was 1 day late of their return policy. Will not order from Best Buy again. No refund, no return, no exchange. Nothing. Going to sell on FB marketplace. Never used, only opened put together and taken back apart to put in box.

Not meant for adults
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unless you have the hips of a 12 year old boy, the base of this chair is extremely impractical, poorly designed, and uncomfortable. You know those swoopy fabric looking things on the base of the chair where the arms attach? Those have THICK TUBE STEEL inside of them and they don't move or give at all, meaning the sides of your legs (if you are a normal sized adult) are constantly pushing against them. Sound comfortable? It's not. I have no idea what kind of dope thought it was a good idea to add those, but they're bad at their job. An airplane seat is more comfortable, and I'm not exaggerating at all.

Very Very Disappointed.

It feels like your sitting on a board and is very very uncomfortable. I am very very disappointed in this chair. Very expensive and very poor comfort and quality. I will be returning it ASAP.
