    Was difficult to set up, and the non-corrosive black paint got scraped a little in the process. The adjustable arms sometimes move left, right, back and forth when I don't want them to, and the chair doesn't go low enough to allow me to fit under my desk. All that aside, it can hold really big guys and it's comfortable, so I'm happy with it.

    This product is amazing, no doubts about it. But it sure is expensive! Lots of options and positions. Only downside I have with it is that the arm rest aren't as flexible to move around, only up and down. So I didn't install them as they get in the way for me.

    It's a stereotypical gamer chair, so it's certainly nice but it can get really uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time. The chair feels like it's made out of really solid parts and rolls easily on carpet, but really feels best when you're leaning back in it, which can make it hard to play some games.

    This is a True Big and Tall chair, the seat is almost 2 long for my legs and im 6"3 cant tire the legs a bit till its broken in. great quality durable and comfortable for long sessions. we will see how good the warranty is coming up on my 1 year mark, no major flaws yet and i use my chair a lot.
