    Disappointed with the packaging

Broke pieces when I received it. Had to take it back to the store and it’s very inconvenient because the box is super huge and heavy for one person. Had they probably did a better job packaging I’d probably would of rated it 5 stars

    Tilt over

Chair is large and comfortable enough but it does tilt over very easily. I read those tilted comments but did not pay attention until I fell off the chair myself. Not a very stable chair.

Shoulder wings are too small for 6'4

advertising for big and tall. I'm 6'4, 255 and love almost everything about this chair... except for the fact that the top back wings that flare out on each side near the headrest are too small. I didn't notice at first but after a few weeks, I began to notice the subtle pushing in of both my shoulders from behind. there are many people that are taller and MUCH wider than my long frame. currently looking for a fix or a different chair

Bought this chair for my son less than a year ago. Defective seat back, no longer useable. Called Best Buy and they told me that they cannot do anything for us. I tried to contact the manufacturer, but no answer from them regarding their warranty on this chair. Very disappoint for a chair that is quite costly.

This chair is visual impressive, but when it comes to comfort it lacks extremely. I had to add a pillow to where you sit as the chair bottom is hard as a rock.

had this chair for 4 years. shows some wear on the arm rests, and on the back rest and front where it says max. i only have had a few minor problems where i thought the chair broke, but i got to looking at it and the only problems were from bolts coming loose. at the time of writing this review, i just got done tightening the bolts that came loose that holds the back on the chair. right side came out, left side was still solid and tight. this chair is a solid buy, i suggest buying it.

    Great size and build

Comfort wise still to early to tell as there is a break in period for sure. Put together easy and the bottom doesn’t go flat like most office chairs. I’m about 6’1 and 215 pounds and has room to spare. With that said it’s already comfortable with little break in and everyone has different taste and comfort levels but so far very happy. Pillows aren’t always necessary but nice touch. Only real gripe and it’s nit picking is that the armrests have a lot of ways they can move and can do so when putting light pressure but it’s supposed to be easy to maneuver. They are still comfortable even though they are just plastic with no actual padding. For some reason I expected them to be harsh but they are very comfortable it’s its like s soft touch material you might find in car. Recommend for sure.

    Great Chair for bigger folks

I'm a bigger guy, and was looking for a good chair that would hold up to the extra weight. This chair delivered and then some. 3 years and some change now and it's still as solid as the day I bought it. Very comfortable chair, I've spent more than one night sleeping in it. Would not hesitate to buy another AKRacing chair if this one ever breaks

    Big chair confirmed!

I am 6'2, 300 lbs. This chair was very easy to put assemble with clear instructions. I wear a size 48 with big thighs and I have plenty of space to move around the chair. Large, wide steel base along with everything on the chair feels sturdy and made for long periods of use. The pads and pillows are soft and will only bet better as the chair breaks in. I would suggest treating the leather and cleaning the chair every so often. Being my first gaming chair, I am happy I chose this chair as it provides space and comfort for gaming and school. Planning on buying another soon for the wife.

I purchased this chair last year at pax and I’ve been nothing but happy. The chair still feels like it’s brand new and it’s super comfortable. I’m 5’8 and 225 and this chair is amazing. I’ve tried others and they normally feel way too tight. Would purchase again.

Best Gaming Chair for New Customers

I had never been a huge advocate for “gamer” chairs but this one stood out from the rest! Many chairs from first glance look simply uncomfortable , but not this bad boy! Really good padding on the actual seat and the adjustable back support works for people of any height. I’m a big guy and this chair allows for tons of room between the adjustable arm rests. If you’re in the market for a gaming chair, this one is a good first choice!

Great Chair for long periods of sitting.

Don't get me wrong it's a great chair and is really comfortable to sit in for long hours. Only have issues with the back pillow bigging loose and not knowing how to use the little clip that comes with the chair to fix that issue. Outside of that and the price, (Got mine at Pax West for a discount)

    Broken left arm rest knob

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Bought it from the store. Put it together just fine. The only problem is the left side of the armrest is broken. I'm tall, so I needed the armrest set to the tallest, the knob to life the armrest is broken. It won't stay on the most elevated level. If I spent all this money on an excellent gamer chair, shouldn't they have working pieces?? I don't have any issues with this chair. I love it, but that is one issue. I would give five stars if this can be dealt with.

    Doesn't last

Originally the chair was amazing, it's very comfortable and I like the look and style of the chair. Purchased July 25th of 2018 and it didn't even last a year. The adjustment on the right is wearing out and just leaning back has caused the gearing to strip. Now leaning back just causes you to gradually drop to it's stopping point. The gearing doesn't catch when trying to keep the chair upright any longer either. Only purchased because I was able to get it from Best Buy but I should've gone with a different chair with more of a reputation. Not what you would expect from a $500 chair.
