It’s the Disney classic, never one of my favorites but I can’t deny it’s a great animated film.

One of the best animated Disney movies. Great animation and Robin Williams as genie is iconic.

If you have seen Aladdin before, then you know this movie is one of the best hand drawn Disney films. If you haven't for some reason, you should definitely watch it. For either type of person, this is a gorgeous release of the film that is worth having in your library. The film looks better then ever and sounds beautiful. While the wait for a bluray release in the US took longer then it should of, it was worth the wait to have a truly well done restoration and feature packed release.

We're talking about Alladin, is there really anything I can say that you don't already know? This movie is among the greatest animated features of all time, and probably my second favorite of the Disney animated features. I'm no longer a spring chicken, and I can still recite this movie almost line for line because of how much I love it. I'm sure most people reading this have seen the movie, but for those few that haven't, just get it. You, and any children you may have will love it.

I don't think I need to say much about the movie, it's a classic (at least for my kid's generation). The blu-ray edition is great to finally have. In this edition, they went back and added additional special content including specific outtakes from Robin Williams with director commentary recently done since Robin's passing. Based on the special features alone, I would recommend getting this blu-ray edition regardless if you have other copies. It was a required edition to my library.

Love the original movies from my child. It’s great to pass the legacy down to my children

Nowadays I am usually purchasing Digital Content. Its clutter free and I can download them to my NAS setup. Aladdin was the first movie I watched in theaters and was captivated by the movie and soundtrack. Actually...the soundtrack is the only one i have ever bought in Compact Disc format from Disney. Having said that...I had to buy this on Blu Ray...Im not even opening it. Its just a must have if you collect these movies. I bought the digital copy separately too.

I love Disney Movies. This is a good movie I have it on VHS but wanted to upgrade.

We enjoyed watching this with the kids. One or two of the jokes from the Genie were geared towards an adult crowd, but the kids really liked it. This is the second Disney Movie (today) on which we received a Digital download error message "Could not connect with the Main Frame (server)." I could connect to Universal and Fox's server. Just not to Disney's They might be down for maintenance. But the Video ran great. Gather the kids and enjoy the time together.

Aladdin finally makes its bluray debut here in the states and was well worth the wait. I always thought the DVD looked amazing but this version blows it out of the water with even brighter and more vivid colors and crisp detailed lines. A very immersive 7.1 dts master audio track goes perfectly with the beautiful picture. There are plenty of bonus features but I haven't gone through them yet. A great movie made even greater with a stellar AV presentation.

I little slow on knowing 4K needed a better machine but it works fine on the Xbox

Aladdin brings back an incredible part of my childhood where I never missed an animated Disney film and while Disney continues to create great films, none come close to the classics: Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Beauty & the Best, Aladdin and the Little Mermaid (I'm missing more, but these are the most nostalgic for me). I'm really happy they brought Aladdin back in Blu-ray, more so to honor Robin Williams and one of his most memorable roles.

I bought it to add to my Disney movie collection especially steelbook.

While not an old Disney movie like Snow White, Aladdin is an animation classic and one of the best the mouse house ever produced. One Blu-ray the hand-drawn animation shines with gorgeous color and a great score. Aside from a few celebrities (most notably the late, great Robin Williams), the characters are brought to life by voice actors who bring depth and emotion to their roles. They just don't make them like this anymore!

I doubt that anyone reading this will have never seen this classic Disney film. If you are considering purchasing this film, it is more than likely that you are just adding this title to your collection or, like my scenario, upgrading from VHS. So, I will not review the storyline of the film but the quality of what was purchased. I purchased this version, as opposed to the DVD, as it was the only option at my local store and I was having a date night with my daughter. While I do own a Blu-ray, I only have a DVD player in the play room where we build forts for daddy-daughter date nights. The quality of the DVD was surprisingly good. I thought for a second that it was a blu ray. We have not watched the extras as of yet so I can not comment on them. However, the digital HD does allow me to install the movie on my cell and tablet devices, which helps for the car rides! I would have given this a 5 star had the cost not been what I paid. About the same price as taking the two of us to the theater.

I purchased this wonderful Disney movie for my daughter.We used to own all the Disney movies many years ago of course they were all vhs and after our girls left for college, I donated them to a women and children shelter.A few years ago I started to begin a new collection of the movies on bluray and dvd.This Disney movies bring so many treasured memories back and we love watching them together whenever it is possible.

Got the TV I wanted which was controlled by the sides of the cabinet I had to fit it into. That limited my choices significantly. Pricing was the same at several stores but Best Buy had it in stock. The only complaint with the store it was extremely difficult to get them to answer the telephone.

I was so excited to introduce my kids to this classic movie. I loved it as a kid and loved showing it to them even more. The quality as a blu-ray is excellent, of course and the bonus features were also great for learning some things I didn't know about the making of the movie. Diamond Edition Disney movies are a great investment for passing on the Disney legacy to your kids or younger family members.
