"Two times is a charm"

Which wasn't a big surprise because the box was destroyed during shipping. The second one, the box was in good shape. There were no missing parts. The chair went together well and is very comfortable. Too bad it took you twice to make it happen.

The "leather" is synthetic, soo don't expect cow hide grade/quality. It is durable, and easy to keep clean. Assembly was quick (I got it done in 20 minutes).

It constantly wants to go into the folded position. I see there are two small points that should hold the chair in the upright position but they wont catch I use the levers on the side of the chair but have had no success. I like everything else about the chair but this folding action is very frustrating.
