Great product / needs better setup instructions
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really great at cleaning the air. Helping my issues with tree and mold allergies. Setup directions were a bit vague. Filter needs to be placed to push a particular button in for unit to work. Directions are very short and clear, but do not indicate the need for this button. Thought unit was bad until called manufacturer and was told about the issue right away. Apparently they deal with it a lot. Better instructions would cut back the calls for them and headache for buyer.
