obviously this movie is different then the original, but isnt that the point of an adaptation? its the same concept and all pretty much the same, but it has different things. its very good! i love tim burton. theres alot of focus on the mad hatter which isnt like the original but still really great. the graphics are amazing bc obviously the red queens head isnt that large lol. i really do enjoy this version of the movie! must have.

This was the first 3D movie I purchased. I have a 51" Samsung Plasma TV. The movie was great and the 3D was outstanding! At the very end the Caterpillar becomes a butterfly and flies. It looked as if the butterfly flew right out of the TV into my room!!!

Watched this movie a few times on HBO and it was ok. Then i bought the 3D bluray and it made a world of difference. Colors, grahics, 3D pop-outs all great. There is some ghosting/blurring in parts of the movie but it is easily over looked. If you liked watching Avatar in 3D then you will probably love this movie. Story line is well developed also.

Tim Burton and Johnny Depp consistently make a great team, and their current film is no different. This remake of Alice in Wonderland takes a different spin on the classic film, putting a dark feeling into it (as is typical for this duo, anyways.) The acting is superior, and the voice-over characters are equally good. Overall, a great movie.

The movie was great. Johnny Depp and the graphics are awesome!!! Even though the Alice DVD is in 2D, 3d movies and TVs are great and are here to stay! Although being in their infancy, in my opinion they have already eclipsed HD. The future for 3D is great! I just hope that our brains can process the graphics without the headaches that everyone I talked to said that they received after watching a 3D movie.

This was my first Blu Ray purchase. Just got a new player. Excellent movie to watch first. The costumes, scenery, decorations came thru amazingly clear and beautiful. Really showed off how incredible Blu Ray is. The story is a good action/adventure "new" re-telling of an old story. Was a joy to experience.

I saw "Alice..." in 3D IMAX and could not wait to see it again in 2D, it was and is just simply well written, well acted, well directed, and totally cohesive movie!!! Now that "Alice..." is finally ( but amazingly already) on DVD, of course I HAD TO HAVE it!!! Thank you Disney DVD!!!

For the people who do not know, this is not the typical "Alice in Wonderland" so it is not simply a "remake". However, if you know that going in, it is a great movie. The artistry and graphics etc are all fantastic. Its a little dark and twisty compare to your usual Disney cartoon classic, but I would recommend it.

This movie is a great movie for entertainment the acting is ok. Johnny Depp makes the movie with the Mad Hatter. Alan Rickmans voice is a plus also. The 3D effects are good and it is very colorful. A must have for any 3D collection.

I loved this version of "Alice In Wonderland"! Johnny Depp at his finest! Special effects were fantastic! Anne Hathaway was so good as the White Queen and Helena Bonham Carter as the Red Queen was priceless!

Our family enjoyed watching Alice in Wonderland very much, Beautiful colors and Johnny Depp was Outstanding as always. Highly recommend this movie for a nice Friday night and do not forget the popcorn.

Loved the movie but not the extra ten dollars it cost at Best Buy. Also, I pre-ordered it and had to find a way to get my own receipt. Live and learn. Wait until release date.

Bright colors and action draws the kids in. Movie is full of adult contiations of which most will be missed by the kids. The moive is a good revision of previous offering.

One movie I am proud to have in my collection. Amazing visual effects aid in re-telling this amazing classic. Perfect for the entire family.

This is by far the best adaptation of Alice in Wonderland I have seen. Everyone was well suited for their parts. The visual aspect of the film was magnificent.

I gave this an average for the Extras as I don't usually watch the extras and did not watch anything extra on this disc. I purchase videos to watch the movie.

I really enjoyed this movie. My whole family liked it. The story is an interesting take on the traditional Alice in Wonderland, but with great special effects. I would recommend this to anyone from 6-60.

If you own an HDTV with a blu-ray player, this movie is a must have for your collection. Overall great make-over of the classic and excellent family film.

Good movie, missnamed should be return to wonderland or thriugh the looking glass since it is not a remake of the original but a return year later

The story is good and it keeps you wanting to watch and see what happens next. I have watched it 3 times already since purchasing. I am 35.
