The Queen Mother of Alien movies. Enough said . . . oh wait, on 4k it has never looked better.

Great movie with plenty of action and the picture and sound qualities are very good. The steelbook is nice and a great addition to the collection. Keep'em com'in Bestbuy!

When I saw this steelbook 4k of Alien I couldn’t resist not to get it. I love this movie and sequels/prequels that went. The clearness of the picture is beyond amazing!!!!!

The Alien (40th Anniversary) 4k represents a marked improvement in shadow detail and contrast versus the bluray version. Of course, the improvements are limited given the age and original quality of the film. This film does however, deserve a total frame-by-frame makeover and sound processing for fans of the genre.

Beautiful movie, irrational character decisions. We all know why we bought it, so 5 stars.

Alien makes for a suspenseful experience. There’s a blanket of claustrophobia that lays over the entire film.

My personal favourite in the saga looks outstanding in 4k. It has both theatrical and directors cut and is a must have in any 4k collection. Usually at a nice otice too

This release of Alien is perfect. Gorgeous, chilling 4K transfer and both versions of the film.

Acting and story are great. 30+ years later, even though I have seen the movie about 6 times and I know what happens...there are still 3 scenes that make me jump out of my seat. will always love this flick.

Finally got this on 4k. Much better video and audio compared to my bluray. It is even scarier now with the improve sound.

Don't take me wrong, this movie is absolutely amazing; have always been a fan. Problem is, this edition is no different than the single disc Blu-Ray version sold more much cheaper, as well as the exact same disc included in the Anthology and other blu-ray collections. Bottom line, you're paying a bit more for the included booklet. If you love the cover-art and don't own a copy of this film on Blu-Ray, then buy it! Otherwise, no need.

If you have never seen this movie I highly recommend it . I bought it on dvd , Blu Ray, and now on 4k ultra hd. It's a must own for your collection.

Since this is a 40 year old movie the 4k treatment improves the details in much better degree sound is the same as blu-ray still highly recommended for all alien fans

4k horror at its best! The original alien movie was groundbreaking at its release and still holds up today. Beautiful 4k transfer

Classic movie. Made even better in 4K. If you've never seen it, you need to. If you already own it on Blu-Ray, or especially DVD, you need to repurchase in 4K - you'll be glad you did. Beautiful transfer, especially considering the age of the film. The studio put some work into this remastering.

Ive bought this movie a few times. DVD, Blu-ray and now 4K. 4K is definitely the best version to watch this classic on!

Incredible 4K release for one of the scariest and entertaining movies of all time. Don’t miss out, so much new detail can be seen it’s crazy good.
