I gave this four stars for the fact that it's a fun exciting new installment of the Alien prequels - however, I took off one star because the time line doesn't make sense. I'll definitely watch it again. Maybe I'll see some thing different. Great movie!

As a die-hard Alien fan, I truly appreciate the artwork of this release. The film itself is good, made better by the added special features which reveal more to the story. And unlike previous releases, you don't have to spend more money on the 3-D format just to get all of those wonderful special features. Well worth the money and the time!

Great movie that finally brings us to where the original Alien movie began. I have watched it three times and learned more background every time. I really enjoyed it. It explains the intent of the original race of humans in promulgating the alien race.

Great movie to keep the story going. Can’t wait for the next one. I had the regular Blu-ray before and this 4K presentation is a must. Visuals and sound will have your home theater rocking. Great addition to your Alien collection.

this one is tough i personally feel people have been way to harsh toward this film. i felt Prometheus had the same unfair treatment for the first couple years after its release, then fans finally came around. i feel this film will be the same way

I've enjoyed most of the Alien franchise, and this was no exception. Great visuals, and characters. The story was interesting, but the plot became all too predictable before the end. I hope there are more Alien movies in store for us in the future.

Alien: Covenant is not the best in the series, but it has some very good moments. Colors really pop against the dark backgrounds of the environments. However, unless you are really a fan of the Alien films, you may just want to rent this entry.

The original Alien was arguably the best of the series, and his return with Prometheus was long overdue. Alien Covenant takes us back to universe of Aliens and manages to continue the story of Prometheus while telling a new story with a new cast.

Alien Covenant is a good film that continues to build the mythology of the Alien universe. The concern heightens for the unfortunate victims in this movie due to the family bonds in the storyline. Great effects. The BluRay version is a must for purchase as the extras provide insight often lacking in these theatrical releases alone.

Alien: Covenant looks and feels like a proper Alien movie. Much like the original Alien, the new film follows a crew aboard the ship, Covenant. However, the crew are in for a rude awakening when they reach a nearby planet. Overall, love the new Alien designs as well as horror elements, making it feel like a worthy Alien film.

I own all the Aien films and some are better than others but this one is no exception. It's really good. Very entertaining with parts of the movie having you on the edge of your seat. If you've seen all the Alien films, don't miss this one!

This is an example of something I bought not so much because the movie is good, but rather the steelbook looked cool. Covenant was a disappointing sequel to Prometheus, but entertaining enough to warrant a purchase in this steelbook and on 4K disc for only $10.

I have been trying to find this movie for a while online. It seemed to always be out of stock or way overpriced. Found it at BestBuy for the right price. One of the best movies in the series, even though it gets underrated a lot. Thanks again, Matt Blanchette

A fun movie to watch enjoyed the overall story and with the ever improving CGI technology seeing the alien more aggressive was enjoyable.Watching the alien ripping open the actor to crawl out was also a pretty cool effect.

Outstanding visuals and fx. If you are familiar with the alien universe then this fills in what happened before Alien and after Prometheus. I really enjoyed this movie, slight grain in some scenes but overall really shines with HDR

Really good movie. A new story for an old franchise. My only complaint is they need to come up with a new innovative way to kill these creatures instead of the same ole put em in the airlock & shoot them into space, but still a good movie

Alien is one of my all time favorite movies. I was hoping this one would try and reboot that creepy, scary feeling that the original had. I fell asleep watching it the first time. Visuals are great but the storyline was a little lacking.

I just enjoy Alien movies , it scares you and fascinates you. Well made all around. Michael Fassbender is an underrated actor.

Ultimately "Alien Covenant" delivers an excellent, fast-paced sci-fi action horror thriller (yes, it hits that many genres) like only Ridley Scott can that continues exploring the "Prometheus" theme of creation.
