not a great follow up to prometheus. movie feels a bit rushed just wished this movie was better

After viewing this movie I'm glad did not go to the theater to see it,did not came close to the first part.

Alien Covenant is a solid film in the Alien franchise that is a good blend of Aliens and Prometheus. Great 4K visuals and sound.

Well it was better than Prometheus. It was a great attempt to capture the feeling of the franchise back....try again. PLEASE

This is a treat to look at, and the sound design is a joy, but other than that, it feels like intellectual retread.

I thought this movie was pretty good, but nothing really blew me away, I would say watch it for free or as cheap as possible

The bridging point between Prometheus and Alien but feels more like a sequel to Prometheus then it does connecting to alien

The decision makers learned the wrong lessons from Prometheus. The film did not need to be a remake of the original Alien. It needed better characters that weren't so dumb and therefore were actually memorable. This film is like two scripts that have been sown together. One is an unnecessary remake of Alien, the other the more interesting continuation of David's story. They should have just made the latter.

Not bad for the fifth of the Alien series good story line links up with number four and keeps story line open for number six!

I find this movie to be less intense than I hoped for . The story line left me wanting much more . disappointed

Visuals were there in some scenes, but it was overall unimpressive. The movie isn’t that great either so that didn’t help.

This story was better than Prometheus but a far cry from the original Ripley series. One Alien film to many. Enough.

Alien Covenant is upscaled from 2K, nevertheless, it has a very good transfer with great colors and a strong soundtrack.

this film was so so to the point where they canceled the next one in the franchise. it was slow moving and little plot

Pushes the story forward but too many unanswered questions in the end makes it just an okay Si Fi action film.

Covenant is worth checking out if you are a fan of the Alien series, but be prepared for a movie that is only average.

Frustrating and predictable story that only proves to be more so as the movie progresses. Very disappointed.

It's not as good as the first two, but that's how they've all been. You get what you expect and it's worth it.
