Wow, this movie is terrible. Alien is a classic. Aliens is fun to watch. All of the movies after that have been progressively worse. Without giving much away, this movie can be summed up by stating that every character, when faced with a decision, makes the most ridiculous choice . . . and ends up dead. But really that is okay since you don't care about the characters anyway.

Saw it in the theaters thought it was pretty lame but bought it to add to my collection of Alien Movies

What happened to Stan Winston's special effects? These CGI are ruining movies.

Alien: Covenant feels like a tremendous over-correction of Prometheus. As such, it neither has the moody pseudo-philosophical tone of that movie or the terror and excitement of the original Alien and just ends up falling flat. The cast in generally fine, but there's nothing whatsoever essential about this chapter of the Alien saga.

Some interesting ideas but the story is played out with some really stupid characters.

The new foray into the alien franchise is lackluster at bet, still has good call backs

This was an xmas present for my nephew, I wouldn't have purchased this for myself.

Not like the first movie, did not get my attention. Definitely did not keep it.

I guess if you like action this movie can be for you...no real redeeming value.

We have all of the Alien series and this one is definitely the worst.

Only rating low cuz come to find out my ps4 pro doesn't play 4k movies.
