Digital Code Only Redeemed at the HD Level

After purchasing the 4K Alien Covenant, and following the instructions for redeeming, it was redeemed at Movies Anywhere. Unfortunately, it only redeemed at the HD level. MA staff said they were not responsible as they just redeem the code that was entered, and suggested I submit a request to Fox, which I did, twice, with no response. I have over 400 4K movies so I am familiar with the process. The return date has passed. Not happy with the lack of responsibility of everyone along the way. All I wanted is what I paid for. It is what it is.
