    I picked it up because I wanted again,but after watching the othe cut on the blue ray it made the movie a little better

    Aliens was so ahead of its time when it was made. I have watched this movie over 10 times and it still stands the test of time.

    Outside of the beauty of the transfer to Blu-Ray, Aliens is one of the best sci-fi/action movies of all time

    I've always thought Aliens was a great movie. I didn't realize, though, that I had only seen the extended edition. This is not the extended edition. It's still a great movie, but I like the other version better.

    I actually bought this to replace the disc from a used Alien Anthology box set I'd gotten, and because it had movie cash to see Alien Covenant. Not my favorite movie in the franchise, but a good blu-ray.
