An amazing computer—I love this product for its versatility, its ability to perform well even under heavy use, and its battery life, which lasts much longer than that of other computers with similar specs.

Very nice laptop! You never see these kind of specs at this price point! Its pretty, very fast, also very quiet even with the fans on. I was quite impressed with how quit the fans are and they work great!

Overall computer is awesome per my little gamer. It does get hot fast but it has a cool down button which is really cool. It it gets too hot I turn off computer for a while

Saw this on sale for circa 1000. I planned to use it as a secondary work laptop and medium load gaming system. Despite having the "power" it does, it often under perfomed when handling more demanding systems or running newer (2025) games on medium settings. However, many older games run great on the system and standard surfing, media consumption is fine. Pro: sleek design allows for it to be taken into meetings or on the go without bulk or most people noticing it is an Alienware. The laptop itself doesnt heat up as bad as some reviewers have said when in performance and balanced modes. Cons: Like any gaming laptop the battery is not a strong suit lasting under 2 hours when doing a medium load of mixed tasks. Although this is a budget offering the things that make an Alienware and Alienware just arent there. No glowing outer emblem, no keyboard light customization, etc. Even the gaming experience is lackluster and with the current specs, this is not a future proofed offering. Even though the price was great and the smaller tasks done on independently are done well, other laptops do it better without studder or noisy fans. Yes there is a silent mode but even that can be vexing as it allows temperature issues. Pay a few extra hundred to get something with a little extra power and that has better specs future proofing it for those of you who wanted thia as a gaming system. I cannot recommend the product unless its on a deep discount, or you dont need your laptop to do much and you want to say you have a 5000 series card in your Alienware.

This lap top play my favorite game flawlessly, the graphics are perfect. There are still many performance upgrades in the system that U have not accesed yet, I am still learning the features.

Got this to replace the 1 my son lost in our house we lost everything and my son said its so much better then the 1 he had even tho its not everything he lost having this and it working so good everything about it being so good it helps him feel a little better nd gives him hope after our loss. Its the little things that help.

The Alienware is a very productive, duarable device. This is my second purchase of this name. I am very satisfied with product and will tell others about the features. I am still learning some of them myself (lol). Great product

Excellent pc cant beat it for the price. Usually alienware is leaps above other is price to perfomance ratio. But rhis pc was sctually cheaper than othera with better specs.

No complaints. Brilliant machine. Plays all the games I want... It's fast too! Business class elegant case as well: everything about this machine is beautiful. I'd recommend it to any gamer that wants to play the latest!

Paid about $1400 for this and it's worth it! At that price you're getting a more modern computer that is current and can play current games, it's easily gonna be viable for at least the next 5+ years depending on advancements in technology.

I came in to buy an ASUS Tuf but the rep directed me to this Alienware, and it did not disappoint. Great screen (unlike the ASUS) and plenty of power for my 3d modeling.

This is a great tunning machince. Plays everything i want to play.

It starts up quickly and allows me to create 3D models and other designs without any stress. The performance is smooth, and I’m very satisfied with it.

Got this for my son who's entering college. He's using it for gaming as well and absolutely loves it. The graphics are incredible!

Was looking for a computer for work but also strong enough to play games during off time and this hits all the features i need and wanted!

I haven't had a chance to use it to design 3D files, which is why I originally purchased it, but it's pretty fast at running files that I downloaded. So far, no problems and seems like a decent computer.
