    Excellent bank for the buck. Latest generation of processor and graphics card, 32GN RAM and an excellent high-resolution screen for this price is a very good deal. Loving the laptop!

    Has major thermal issues and Dell cant get the parts to do the necessary warranty repairs. I cant recommend this laptop. Ive been waiting about 3 weeks now for them to get parts with no real time frame insight.

    Within the first week laptop had BSOD. Did a factory reset on the laptop, reinstalled all drivers and software. Laptop continues to have BSOD. Was watching Hulu and doing homework and the laptop froze up, had to do a hard reboot. I'm really disappointed in this laptop as I have 2 Alienware towers that I have no issues with. I cannot recommend this laptop. Unfortunately, we are past the date of return so we are stuck with it.
