Works great, smooth set up, a little heavier than id thought it would be.

Great laptop for the price. Plenty of power for all my gaming needs and enough storage for my work needs.

This computer is a workhorse. I use it for 3D design and 3D printing. Also Adobe Suite products for design. No issues at all. Battery is good its a powerful computer so you cant expect more than 3 or 4 hours less if you doing heavy processing.

After a year of use, I can say that the laptop is still working great! I highly recommend it. I use it in the automotive industry as a work tool; I run simulators and very demanding programs, and the machine has worked well for me to this day! Purchased this laptop for my college student (engineering) when their prior laptop suddenly and unexpectedly failed and needed a solution in a hurry, and it's been a great solution which has exceeded our expectations. We weren't specifically looking for a gaming laptop, but the fast performance and graphics capability of this laptop have done a great job supporting the engineering software my student uses.

Bought this for my grandson and he absolutely loves it! He initially wanted a gaming system; however, after receiving this he is the happiest kid! He loves the graphics, the style, and never thought he’d have an Alien system. I HIGHLY recommend this for any gamer!

Was looking for a new laptop to handle editing photographs. This laptop has been perfect and pictures that were taking me 2 minutes or longer to edit using AI are now taking less than 20 seconds. Love the keyboard feel and the backlite keyboard as well compared to my older laptop

Outstanding, just make sure to keep it cool. Very happy with Alienware, wish I had not gotten an HP earlier. HP was not bad, but the extra money on the Alienware was more than worth it.

Amazingly fast with the right SSD. This supports and runs PCIe 5.0 but sold with a 4.0 NVMe drive. 2 NVMe slots and defaults as RAID. Memory can be upgraded to a max of 64GB, using 96GB or more will cause BSOD/memory errors. This laptop is great replacement for people upgrading from a XPS 15 with Core i9 with its metal lid and base. It also has a numeric keypad for sheets.

Good performance but the battery only lasts about 3 hours on average:/

I've had this laptop for nearly two months now. It has performed exceeding well at every task. I primarily use this laptop for CAD design, rendering, and gaming. The display is super crisp and the battery provides plenty of life.

So far so good! Bought this for my daughter as it is a requirement for her major in college. She likes it, it runs fast, and she hasn't encountered any issues yet. Hopefully this will work well throughout her college.

I'm giving this system a 5-star because I don't think you can beat this kind of system for the price. However, it does get VERY hot so you basically need to pair it with a cooling pad from Amazon. Not the end of the world by any means and I love the system, but if you don't actively cool it, you're gonna burn it out quickly.

I bought this beast for college. A little overkill I know right? Well it's been great and I love the fact that it includes a second m.2 ssd slot for easy upgrades later on storage as you need them. I also love the fact that you can game on it and also the fact that you are able to upgrade the ram as well when you need it.

Best laptop I’ve used—super fast and perfect for CAD work. Had it for a month and it runs great. The only reason I’m knocking off a star is the battery life—it’s not the best.
