Just amazing I did get it on sale tho for like 1699 so that just makes it even better, absolutely love it it feels super solid compared to my MSI I was replacing.

Pretty good gaming laptop for the price compared to higher end laptops for gaming. It runs everything that’s out now game wise with no issues

The Laptop has a few issues that it should not have but overall it’s not a bad Laptop.

I purchased this laptop and started having regrets a couple days in. I’ll say for starters you would expect to have more vram at this price point 8gb isn’t enough and there isn’t a 5070ti version which is unfortunate. The RGB options could be better alongside the keyboard quality. I did like the 2tb-SSD and the screen resolution and quality was ok. However for the price point I would recommend a better option (Luckily I got it when it was on sale). I exchanged it for the Legion Pro 7i.

My wife likes her Alienware. She uses the laptop for browsing the internet and to play games. She likes that the keyboard is lit.

Great for what it is. Bought this for my wife as a christmas gift. Only downfall is you can get a better system built cheaper if you just go desktop. Also, the 50 series is more like a 30 or 40 series when its a laptop gpu

I made the mistake of thinking an Alienware laptop would be top tier. Yeah, anything but. This is Alienware in name only as I've learned after returning it! They make a big deal about this new cooling system, but I'm telling you firsthand it doesn't do CRAP! 105c thermal throttling playing the new Resident Evil (which ironically you get for free for purchasing a 50 series laptop). If you want a gaming laptop, trust me, this is NOT the one!

The Hard Drive died while I was setting up the computer. The manufacture could send me a new one or I could exchange it, but I choose to return it. I don't want a product that has problems from the start.

I dont even game, I use Adobe Illustrator. It crashes non stop. Also not being able to access the computer unless connected to the internet is kinda crazy.

Great laptop… BUT there is now way to keep the heat down… I don’t think the laptop is the issue though, I think putting a desktop CPU in a laptop with vetting that you can keep it cool is the issue. This thing would get over 200 degrees and it’s brand new… what happens with a little bit of age…. Would have been perfect with an ULTRA 7.

Bought this thing thinking itd be alright. Over priced junk is what it is. You’d think having it cost over $2000 after taxes itd hace a premium feel to it. Nope keyboard felt cheep and so did the trackpad. Quickly returned for HP Omen

A new computer is always a traumatic experience, but this one is a dramatic step up from my old device. Most notable difference is quicker performance because of increased RAM. One downside is the included software tries really hard to make me use their programs rather than what I want. Getting passwords squared away is always a hassle to figure out, requiring patience. Battery life not quite what I expected, and bottom of computer is hotter than a 2-dollar pistol. Maybe I will make some kind of stand for better cooling?

This laptop is so insanely fast and powerful that even though it is a bit pricey, it makes up for it in lightning-fast performance and quality. It can handle any game well, even at almost all max settings, with such ease.

This is the best laptop I've ever used, Rtx 5070 with is an amazing graphic card
