It has a few hiccups such as long start up time and programs take a bit of time to load. However, once it’s up and running, it’s nearly flawless. I paid half the price listed on most websites due to store clearance so I am very happy with what I paid for.

Posted .SgtV, We're sorry to hear about the slow start up times that your computer is facing. We'd recommend limiting the number of programs that launch at startup:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press CTRL + Shift + ESC key together on the keyboard.
3. In the Task Manager window, click Startup tab.
4. Select the program or application that you want to disable from loading during startup.
5. Right-click and select Disable.
6. Repeat Step 4 & 5 for all the programs or applications that you want to disable from loading during startup.
7. Restart your PC.

But when it goes into sleep mode and or you close it, it is about 50/50 shot the screen will not work. This problem was new out of the box and other reviews have the exact same problems. Not something you would expect out of a laptop of this caliber.

We're sorry about the sleep settings issue that you've been having. We'd recommend revising the Power Plan settings on your computer:
1. At the desktop, click the Search the web and Windows box and type "sleep".
2. Select Power and Sleep settings, then select Additional power settings at the bottom of the screen.
The Power Options window appears.
3. Select Balanced (recommended), Power saver, or select Create a power plan on the left side of the screen.
4. Customize your plan settings as desired.
