An I must say its awesome , super fast, the key board is a little chopy an a sealed key board would be better, the case is all aluminum an sturdy. Biggest downsize is its extremely heavy, But a lot of bang for your buck.

This was immediately after a software update. And I’m told they cannot replace the battery. The timing is very coincidental so much so I wonder…..

It is noisy when it gets busy but other than that I'm impressed with the device. I just wish there was a way to have more USB ports for the VR, as you are limited and if using any other devices your kind of out of luck.

Update the BIOS: An out-of-date BIOS can cause loud fan noises by having an outdated temperature table for the system. Refer to update BIOS and follow the instructions to update the BIOS on your computer. You can also follow up with our Technical Support Team here - 1-800-624-9896.

I had it for 6 months before I couldn't deal with it anymore. It bluescreened regularly, gave me a ton of error messages upon startup, the trackpad just like... broke? One day it just stopped working out of nowhere, and it gave me error messages when I tried to check the settings. It overheated to the point where the keyboard hurt to touch. Ended up returning it and getting an MSI GS65 Stealth.

I went through all the prompts and was told motherboard was bad!!!!!!!! A $1900 LAPTOP AND A BAD BOARD RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX?!!!!! I wouldn't wish this laptop on my worse enemy. Don't buy this junk!!!!!!!!!

In 24 Hours was returned

Found out there is a conflict with their Killer WIFI card program. $2,000 and a conflict with a 15 year old game? Got it to work 24 hours later screen went dead. Just showed white bars,Machine returned bought Asus.
