I bought this laptop as a HS graduation present based on a recommendation of my son who is a professional software engineer and uses one in his job. It is loaded with all the top of the line processor, video card and tons of storage (SDD). This computer is designed for serious gamers. My Grandson is not a serious gamer but since he will probably be utilizing flight simulators for his aeronautics degree I’m hoping it’s will meet all his needs. It’s pretty heavy compared to most laptops.

Very fast computer, solid state drive for short boot up, middle of the pack for Alienware laptop in terms of specs and price.

Other than it bein a little large and heavy for a backpack, this machine rocks, great graphics, easy to use etc.

This is an amazing machine, as a software developer it’s kept up with my need for processing power. The RGB lights make it very easy and comfortable to use it in complete darkness. It is quite heavy and large, the inly protector case that fits it is the official Alienware case which unfortunately isn’t available in store at Best Buy. The LED on the power cord has a very bright which can get annoying when it’s turned off and you want a dark room. Nevertheless I still rate it 5-stars!

Super fast laptop. Use it to play the division 2 and any new game that comes out with ease and high settings.

This is my first Gaming Laptop and I absolutely love it!! It's fast when multitasking and the graphics are awesome!!

I wanted a high end starting to get into gaming, and video editing computer. I do enjoy the fast boot time. The fastest computer I had to date for boot time. I havent dug into gaming yet. I loaded some video editing software on it, and a coding application. So far all good. Only hick up is when its time for alienware update or windows update its anyones guess weather that will be good install or not. So far im enjoying this purchase. I got this at the chesterfield mo location, this January. The people there are very knowledgeable, always choose this location.

It is far better than I thought it would be. I'm glad I made the purchase. Especially for the price I paid for it.

Very fast boot up, great graphics runs all games so far, high settings ,no over heating, fantastic sound

This laptop doesn't feel cheap, keyboard is great, build quality is great and performance is awesome.

My husband used this computer and it is pretty powerful. Unfortunately, it was very heavy. But, I guess that is part of the game.

Great product, fast , produces more than expected. Doesn’t lag, unless the internet provided sucks. Usually waiting on others to catch up. Plenty of memory, from all aspects. Great visual experience with everything and no google eyes. Runs great with any add one,(wireless mouse etc...). Hope upgrades are comparable in the future. Service was awesome, they helped fit my needs with a great laptop.

I'm the type of person that will scour over articles and reviews as well as compare tech specs and prices before I make my final decision. What sold me on this laptop was the ability to upgrade any part each piece at a time rather than have to buy a whole new laptop again in a few years just to keep up with minimum specs for the games I play. The only downside I can mention at this time is it's very heavy.

Powerful not too heavy and the price was right. Handles 1080p gaming like a champ

Really impressed, it's a bit heavy but they crammed a ton of nice components into this rig. The fans are amazing at cooling and keep my games running at ultra in alot of instances but they are on the loud side. But for the convenience of not having to build it myself, having a mobile aaa gaming device, and all around performance, I'm very impressed and so far happy with my purchase.

Awesome you cant go wrong with this laptop. Speed and graphics are great.
