I run my different tasks, AI tasks, programming tasks, etc.. and this thing has not let me down yet. Stays cool under pressure and is super smooth and responsive. Very fast and durable computer.

The computer works fine WHEN it works… transfer from Dell XPS files and registrations went fine and the Alienware is definitely quiet compared to the XPS. The issues started arising 2 days in- I tried to wake the pc in the morning and… nothing. Pressed the power button and it wanted to format my drive after a “recovery scan”. Tried recovery 3 times. Finally held power button long enough for a cold boot and bam- everything normal. Same sequence of events the next 2 mornings. Finally after 3 days of troubleshooting steps with AI it was determined to not let it sleep since it can’t wake up. So while the energy consumption isn’t great, it’s finally able to wake up. Hopefully a better BIOS update will be released that actually works.

I am familiar with the durability and reliability of Alienware computers. When my wife, who is Blind, but can use a modified computer with an oversized monitor, became concerned that she needed to upgrade to a reliable computer that ran Windows 11, the Alienware Aurora gaming desktop was an easy choice. It met the requirements of being reliable, having Bluetooth connectivity for her monitor, keyboard, mouse, and internet, along with great Alienware support that ensures the computer remains up to date with updates and drivers. My wife is very pleased with how much faster she can open programs and videos. I was impressed with the construction and upgradeability options.

I can have multiple apps open, stream, and still get great frame rates. The 32GB of memory is more than enough for gaming and creative work, and the 1TB SSD keeps load times super quick. Extremely satisfied with this product! I’ve worked in the Information Technology field since 2012, so I was a bit hesitant to purchase a prebuilt system. I’m happy to say it has exceeded my expectations in both performance and long-term potential after multiple stress tests. One thing to note: I personally restart the machine before every gaming session, which may be an extra step for some users who prefer a more minimal routine. Overall, this is a great product—well done!

Great product. Bought for my 14 year old gamer.. easy to install, looks sleek and cool, but most of all it’s able to keep up w the latest games and offers exceptional results.

Fantastic purchase with amazing performance, the only issue is the 8gb but it was what i could afford and it works incredible able to run modded cyberpunk 2077 at ultra with no issues and any issues i do experiment are due to my own negligence in not optimizing, fantastic PC always wanted an alienware

This is my grandson's 3rd computer because of RAM issues(Cheap) with the previous two. He loves this computer; there are no RAM issues, and the games are faster.

Unbelievably better than the cyber power in the same price range. The other PC would shut off randomly, even after trying to figure out how to fix it. No issues with this computer so far with that problem. No problems at all really. Very pleased.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome! Dell always hits it out of the park with Alienware. Recommend to anyone thinking of buying a PC for gaming. Definitely worth it.

Great computer not very loud unless the water cooler comes on over all it’s awesome

This desktop is really nice! Performance is excellent and everything runs very smoothly, even when gaming and multitasking. The RTX 5060 Ti handles games well, and the system feels fast and responsive overall. The design looks clean and premium, and setup was quick and easy. Very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Love this pc switched from PlayStation to pc and the amount of games I can play are insane. I’m glad I picked Alienware.i didn’t really know much about pcs but this pc has been easy to run and manage.
