Unbelievably better than the cyber power in the same price range. The other PC would shut off randomly, even after trying to figure out how to fix it. No issues with this computer so far with that problem. No problems at all really. Very pleased.

Product and service at the store were both great . But not being able to contact the people at the store is a logistics nightmare which left me with the impression that they just don’t know any better or are trying to shut down the stores due to poor reviews they will say .

Bought then when a lightning surge destroyed the ibuypower systems power supply. It more than handles my gaming needs.

I run my different tasks, AI tasks, programming tasks, etc.. and this thing has not let me down yet. Stays cool under pressure and is super smooth and responsive. Very fast and durable computer.

My old computer wasn't cutting it. My new computer is lightening fast. Totally worht the money. Love it!

My PC was low on space & I required a new PC with a large capacity which was also fast. Leo Trejo was wonderful in helping choose the perfect PC!

Second Alienware I’ve bought. Highly recommend. Caught it on back to school sale. Only thing I wish I would’ve done is verify the 5060 TI was 16gb instead of 8gb. Still runs amazing!

Both this for my son who is in his first year of an engineering major. He absolutely loves his computer and it is a great help with his courses. Also with gaming as well lol.

Great computer, I see it as a machine that can keep up with current apps and programs for the next 5-10 years.

Good desktop for the money. Only drawback was one of the internal lights was on all the time, the other internal lights were adjustable.

Great pre built for the price (I got it on sale) proprietary motherboard is a bit annoying, but it is decently upgradable
