    I purchased this conputer for my son for his graduation present and he is totally in love and beyond satisfied. I could have purchased a different gaming computer for half the price, but i wanted something that was going to last him a long time so I got him the newest thing out. And it was on sale!!!!

    Wow! I am a low vision computer tech. After research i decided on this one! Hook up went smoothly. The quality was great. Love the lights and they change. Not your everyday old office computer!

    Alienware command center stoped working correctly after 3 weeks. Been with customer service from 8am to 5 pm going around and around getting no where 3 different agents doing the same thing! One agent even got so mad she raised her voice and said “just follow the instructions in the email!” And hung up. I wasn’t trying to be rude I just wanted to her I’ve done that with 2 other agents and rebooting the computer to factory setting is not a 10 min deal it takes a while! Other than that computer was working good while it lasted!
