I love the speed, the only problem is I need a better Monitor, RTX5080 is too fast.

I love this thing! I bought it with the hopes that it would be able to run Inzoi and a bunch of other games, and it’s a dream I play with ultra high graphics on all games. Palworld, battlefield, Inzoi, Minecraft, etc. the nerds online said I shouldn’t get it because I can customize others, but I’ve only had Alienware (very blessed) and I know how reliable mine was for all those years (just under 10 years before I needed an upgrade) I am not disappointed at all. I didn’t have to open a case to make it better or make it work, and I won’t ever need to. I can’t express how much I love it.

I am very pleased with the performance of this Gaming Desktop. The Nvidia Geforce Rtx 5080 is really good for all around gaming. This is the first pre built I have bought in over 20 years. For the price I paid for it 2100 dollars that Best Buy matched you can not go wrong.

I bought this pc after Best Buy price matched it with Microcenter. It was honestly such an amazing price for the specs so I couldn’t pass it up. I love this pc and it runs extremely well. I recommend it if you’re able to get the price matched.

Everything works as you would expect a machine from Alienware to work. So far everything has ran as smoothly as i hoped it would. The price is up there quite a bit, but considering the current market pricing on ram and gpu, it's not the worst pricing. I would likely do it again if i had to.

I traded in my 5060 ti because it wasn’t able to run at max settings and video editing was bad, I invested in this and I am able to video editing and game at max settings with Ray tracing. Bought it when it was 3500. But it seems like the price is just increasing suddenly

I like the quality that Alienware provides & the memory avaliable to play my games. My last computer couldn't keep up with my needs & I couldn't use many games. I'm excited about all the diffent applications to use with this computer. The cooling system is cool so it doesn't overheat. I need more time to use all of this & make a better review.

Pretty nice rig.. if u don’t mind Alienware being preparatory on some things too bad Best Buy would not price match this with micro center they have the same unit for a better price I would go there to buy if micro Center wasn’t 6 hours one way very disappointing

Nice, fast and beautiful personal computer. Ive played some older games on it and im very satisfied with the performance. About to use it for a radio show and for video editing and live streaming.

Super fast response time. Can play pretty much any games at max settings. All the ports you will need. Super quiet.

What can I say, It's AlienWare. Awesome at what it does. Not to fond of Windows 11 on it but, meh. Everything works great. Needs better directions on the Alien Control Center. But figured it out in the end.

I purchased a brand new Alienware Aurora Gaming Desktop in August 2025 for nearly $3,000. By January 2026, just five months later, the computer began crashing repeatedly and eventually failed completely with eight different kernel-level stop codes — clear indicators of hardware failure. What followed was nearly four months of poor customer service. Dell support initially insisted this was a software issue not covered under warranty and pushed multiple OS reinstalls as the fix. Even after a full factory reset failed to resolve the problem and the computer crashed again with the aftermarket SSD physically removed, Dell still tried to attribute it to software. Only after I filed a BBB complaint did Dell's Advanced Resolution Services finally engage and authorize a depot repair. At the depot, Dell confirmed both my SSD and processor were defective — two critical hardware components in a computer less than a year old. The processor was on backorder for over a month, leaving me without my computer from late March through mid-May. Dell initially refused both a refund and a brand new replacement, eventually offering a Like New replacement unit, which I accepted to finally resolve the situation. The ultimate outcome was acceptable, but the path to get there was unacceptable. Front-line support and chat agents repeatedly tried to deflect a clear hardware issue as user fault, and meaningful escalation only happened after a formal BBB complaint. For a premium product at this price point, that is not the service experience you should expect. My advice to anyone considering an Alienware purchase — document everything, escalate quickly, and don't hesitate to file with the BBB if you encounter recurring issues. Dell's Advanced Resolution Services team is competent and responsive once you reach them, but you should not have to fight to get there.
