Straightforward set-up and quick to boot up/reboot. Have had for about a month and has worked like a dream.

Scummy Best Buy pricing

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I paid $3400 in March and the MSRP has gone up by $1250 since, while the sale price actually keeps getting lower. It’s $300 lower currently than what I paid a few months ago. Alienware is great. Best Buy’s scam pricing not so much. This is my last purchase here ever. Convenience of location becomes inconvenient when you pay more than just using a different retailer or even Amazon (for smaller hardware purchases.) Best Buy is for profit all the way, not for consumer convenience. No mystery there, though.

Roswell Revisited.

Buy a better one because when you realize you do not have enough ram or rom its 2000 dollars just to upgrade them and you still wont have a rtx 5090. Not to mention this thing crashes freezes and out of the box comes with a nice disclaimer that support has already ended for this thing and more ending next year. Junk.

Truly Embarassing Customer Service and Price Match

Ended up buying at Micro Center instead, cheaper, better customer service, and much much easier process overall.

Terrible

Bought one and the motherboard bricked on day one. Exchanged it and the second one had all sorts of problems. After two hours of infuriating “support” from Dell, they told me number two needed a new motherboard. Returned it and got a custom system from a local builder that is rock solid. Never again. Don’t buy Alienware!!
