We always build our desktops but with two kids now and everyone at home due to covid we just don’t feel like it anymore. My husband got this for me after some difficulty with his pickup going to the wrong customer and it’s been working very well lately. The first couple weeks there were some temperature issues but they’ve since resolved.

Had a computer from a different company turn into a brick after a couple months. Best Buy let me replace it with one from another company. It bricked after 3 days. Best Buy let me replace that one with this one. The Alienware computer has been perfect for several months now. No issues at all. All my games run great.

I expected a little more power (RAM) from Alienware. I run a lot of heavy programs at the same time and it definitely beats out a laptop - which is the main reason for switching to a desktop.
It gets the job done but if you really need a powerful machine then I'd recommend splurging on the upgrades.

I have used Alienware for years as a laptop company, but finally realized that for true gaming power - sometimes laptops just cant keep up.
Researched, debated, procrastinated (it is a lot of money), and finally bit the bullet and frankly I am a little mad with myself for waiting so long. Not only does this machine look the part (and thats awesome, but doesn't help you if its processing power doesn't cut it), It eats games for breakfast, fps hardly misses a beat in the middle of 40+ raids and the graphics are smooth. Its internal processors, graphics cards etc, just add to the game experience.

Super Fast after simple settings adjustment. Running over 150 frames on Warzone and the GPU is a beast. It can run a bit loud for a few seconds at times, but its not a constant thing. Cores run at about 79 degrees F while gaming at max capacity. All regular tasks are a breeze and I have a 3 monitor setup.

This is my first prebuilt Alienware and I love it! Love the customization with Alienware command center. With the rtx 2070 super, games run super smooth at high settings with games like COD Cold War. Heck I still play titles like company of heroes and the experience is amazing

Computer works great! Starts up literally in seconds and I use it for work but have no doubt this could handle some serious gaming! The case also looks awesome and you can change the colors. Fan is a little loud but you can expect this from this sort of high performance machine.

Great performance. I would give 5 stars but it came with the tag of a wire caught in the fan making this awe full sound when started, I don’t know how QC would have missed that. I opened it up, cut the tag and like a charm. I have been very happy with it.

The second PC is running well without any issues. I had to return the first one due to the computer freezing up during normal use. It then would not do anything but sit there after several attempts to revive the computer by Dell support.

This computer EATS games for breakfast. It's a little loud when it's at max strength, but my speakers/headphones usually drown it out. Love this machine. Gonna keep it upgraded as long as I can-- then I'll buy another Alienware desktop.

Because it came preconfigured, I had to put a larger SSD in for the operating system and MSFS 2020. I reused the old SSD for a Data Drive. The computer is Excellent! Easy to upgrade and add additional storage. And FAST!!!

This is a great computer. I debated about spending the extra to get the 2080 gpu. But, I'm glad I did. It runs a clean 60 frames at 4k on fortnite. I also love the asetics of the case. I'm very happy with my purchase.

My biggest worry was the overheating and with using MSI afterburner to control my GPU fans, I've been running into no real issues. The CPU can get a bit hot but cools down very quickly for juts using a fan/heatsink.

Computer is awesome and can do anything I want with speed. Graphics are on ultra with all my gaming!
Only reason not 5 stars, it came with ZERO paperwork! Nothing at all, just the computer.

Bought this PC as a video editor and for the most part it performs admirably. Alienware/Dell takes care of a lot of diagnostics and upkeep in the background which I like also.

Everything Ive played on this can be played on ultra settings no problem, but the fans get super loud, it gets 1 less star for not being liquid cooled and having loud fans.

This is a great machine minus the cooling! I had to purchase an aftermarket water cooler to battle the thermals and annoying fan sounds.
Other than that, a solid product.

Well built and works fantastically. But i will say building your own would be cheaper but. If you don't have the time and dont want to fuss with it if I doesn't work at first it's a great option.
