Bought an open box excellent which says has original parts and no defects. Got it in the mail, 0 parts outside the desktop alone. Even missing screws that held side panel on. Didn't come with a power cable, and the case was cracked in multiple places. Will never buy anything from best buy again. Also opened chat with customer support to see if the least they could do was comp me a power cord and they said my only option was to send the entire thing back.

I purchased, and then returned, the Alienware Aurora R11 Desktop PC. While nice, upon setting it up, the Windows 10 was FULL of bloatware. The MS "Edge" screen, which was new to me, was difficult to navigate with all the MS tiles advertising thier products. I was very discouraged with this unit and any representation from MicroSoft and instead, decided to go with an Apple Mac which is much more reliable and much less -full- of garbage apps.

      bcarroll,

Thanks for your review and we're glad to see that your computer is meeting your needs for the most part. If you need help accessing the HDD on your computer we'd suggest these steps:

We would recommend running Disk Management on your computer in order to assign a drive letter to the 1 TB HDD storage drive. After assigning a drive letter to this storage space you will be able to save your files independent of the 128 GB SSD storage that you have been using. If you have additional questions about Disk Management on your computer and setting up a new drive you can read the following Microsoft Support article: https://bit.ly/34RGUmU.

Purchased this computer on the 11th and on the 15th I already was faced with issues. All of a sudden my computer started to very frequently lock up and freeze seconds after a reboot or after I open a browser. Not a good first impression at all. Top that off dell was not friendly nor did they seem willing to help much overall bad experience already. And still having same problem.

The specs are good and the Alienware software is great. The only problem is that high demanding games make this turn into a jet engine

      Hello Fellowgamer,

We are sorry to hear that your Aurora did not quite meet expectations. Your feedback is sincerely appreciated. If system noise is of concern, you can prioritize fan speed by opening the Alienware Command Center application that came pre-installed with your device and select the 'Quiet' thermal profile.

      Best Regards,

Product works amazing after one year of owning. However, way too high of a price for a pre-built. Anyone and everyone is better off buying something a whole lot more affordable, with the same or similar specs.

      Billy21,

We're sorry to hear that your computer is no longer turning on for you. Please try these steps to start your computer again:

      1. If the computer is displaying the Dell logo and does not move past that point, it has probably failed POST.
      2. If the power indicator lights up and it is amber or orange, this is usually an indicator that it has failed POST.
      3. If you see text on a black screen, the computer is currently performing the POST. If the computer stays in that condition and does not move past it, it has probably failed POST.
      4. If the video screen displayed anything at all during the startup process but is now black, this probably indicates that the computer failed POST.
      5. If the computer is beeping or if Caps/Num/Scroll Locks are flashing, note if there is a particular pattern in which it beeps or flashes.
      6. If the computer is not beeping and caps/num/scroll locks are not flashing, unplug all connections and remove all media communication devices (e.g. external monitors); reconnect one at a time and check if the computer functions.
      7. For a notebook, press and hold the Fn key and then press the power button. This starts the pre-boot testing and will launch ePSA. In case you have a Desktop at the Dell logo screen tap the F12 key to enter One Time Boot Menu and use the arrow keys to highlight Diagnostics and press enter.
