Packaging was pretty rough, but computer was fine! Very powerful and quite. Runs anything i throw at it. Only thing iv’e noticed is an issue with windows if i leave it on for long periods of time, but a simple restart fixes everything. I’m sure a future update will fix the windows issue locking up.

On 9/2/23 I bought this model from Best Buy. Two weeks later I booted up this computer and no display. All the lights turn on, but nothing on the monitor. I try different cables, different monitors, and different systems to troubleshoot. Everything else worked fine except this computer. I pack up the computer and go back to Best Buy. They are out of stock and I have to drive 30 minutes to another best buy to do the exchange. (I had already driven 40 minutes to get to the first Best Buy.) They exchange the PC. It works for 2 months. Just after the return period ended. I get no display again. Do the same troubleshooting and take it to Geek Squad because I have total tech. They do some "tweaks" and send it back home. Two weeks later the computer forces a bios update (all I did was restart because it was getting sluggish). After the bios update, no display to monitor. I try all the same troubleshooting to verify it's not my monitor which I am currently using right now with the same cable on another device. I take it to Geek Squad again. They still have it. Best Buy has yet to do the right thing which is consider this device a lemon a lemon and let me get something else. The technician agreed and gave the recommendation but the new assistant manager refused to give me a gift card for the computer. They didn't have the curtesy to even walk over and tell me in person. They told me I would hear back the next day and no one has called me. I called the number on the card given to me and I was transferred to a call center in India vs. the in-store tech support. They said I would get a message in 2 hours and it's been 24 hours no call back. I spend so much money at Best Buy even getting their total tech membership. I am disappointed with Dell and with Best Buy. I spend $2.5k on a lemon computer with no recourse. Crappiest xmas experience. I hope they do the right thing but I have little hope. I do not recommend this product.

Absolute mistake buying this. Manual says it will support 5200/5600 XMP RAM. That is a lie. It will not. Seriously considering considering buying new case and motherboard and salvaging GPU and processor. Why have a processor and GPU bottlenecked by something as simple as RAM? Because the MB is made as cheap as possible?

Alienware as usual did not disappoint! It runs anything I throw at it in ultra and 4k with ease. Incredibly pleased with Best Buy’s choice in alienwares products!

It's a great bargain if you find it on sale. please take in to account that it has limited upgradability because of the motherboard and the shape, but it does look fenomenal

I love this pc and have had no issues so far! Running high end games without issue. Loving the customization you can do with this PC.

I dont have much more to say than it does the job and it does it well! If its in the budget, you wont regret it!

A UNIT of a computer. This monster can run any game thrown at it. Every application runs smoothly, ZERO COMPLAINTS.

Very well built and fast to boot. Played no games on it yet but tests show this baby is number 1 compared to other machines in the group.

Zero issues with running any game. Cooling is way better, but it is a much larger case.

Couple weeks in runs great no issues on delivery. Custom service price matched and saved me $600 without any issues aswell.

Love everything about this alienware. Been using for a few months so far and no issue yet.

Blue screen of death occurred just after 2 weeks of usage. Otherwise, it was running beautifully. Luckily I had Best Buy's TotalTech Membership which allowed me to return it with no issues.

I bought this item as an open box - excellent condition but is not what i received! I literally got the pc tower only! It was missing the power cord, the wifi antennas, the mouse and keyboard. Definitely disappointing experience

I purchased the Alienware because it was an open product but aside from that its exceeded my expectations. Fast start up, great playing Diablo IV and incredible response timexplaying WOW. Id say that im more then happy with the product. Alienware a bit pricey but didnt have the time this year to build one so im glad i went with a pre-built

Gave it a shot only because I got an open box deal. I already knew about Alienware's proprietary parts and difficulty with upgrades down the road, but for the price I couldn't pass it up. When I opened the box I was surprised to see it in decent condition aside from the box being absolutely destroyed. Once I plugged it in, the system would crash every 20-30 seconds after startup and I was basically thrown in a setup screen loop. I then reseated some of the cables which seemed to do the trick, but it was only a temporary fix... The issues persisted and I eventually returned it.
