I've always wanted an Alienware since I was kid and this did not disappoint. Definitely a bit of an overkill for my first gaming pc but I love it, specially at the discounted price I got it for.

This computer wasn't working right out of the box. In the 6 weeks I have had this I have spend several hours with technicians from the other side of the globe trying to get the thing to function properly. They keep doing the same routine and it doesn't help the problems. They sent one tech to replace the 4080 and it didn't make any difference. The tech said if that didn't solve the issue computer should be replaced. I have tried to get Dell to replace the computer and they ignore the request. But they do ask me to upgrade my warranty for a fee. Clown show.

I have ordered many prebuilt from hp omen to lenovo legion to corsair and now alienware. I have to say out of all new pcs in my house. I prefer this one hands down. Plus the lighting is pretty awesome.

Had to return -- Dell support unable to resolve issues with display output signal failing / not recognizing monitor was connected -- sometimes even before we could log on. Even attempted to remove/reconnect GPU after resetting BIOS and other possible fixes. Seems to be a build QC or hardware issue, but not one we were willing to risk continuing to present problems even if we could get it temporarily resolved. .

Im not sure what the issue was with this particular machine, perhaps some type of faulty hardware, but it kept crashing with carious BSOD eve ts; even after several factory restores. In fact, it would sometimes crash during the restoration process.. But it was used machine, and I'm guessing the previous buyer had the same issue. Bb was good with the retuen
