Love this computer and the service provided by Best Buy. I made the purchase on Wednesday 12/25 (Christmas Day) in the late afternoon and Best Buy was successful in honoring their 2-day shipping ETA. The computer works right out the box with no problems whatsoever.

i got this for a week, runs smoth and good, i think for the price and the specs could figth with others desktop toe to toe, lighthig its not so amazing, but in general for gaming its very efficient.

Replaced 14 year old PC. Speed was eye opening. CNC models that took 20-15 minutes to render now take seconds. Delivery was as expected. Somehow I missed stopping windows 11 auto updates and after 24H2 update things that worked well went south.

Has been an awsome pc so far and Dell has been very proactive with updates and service.

Runs most AAA games at a solid 140fps on an ultrawide 2k monitor! Nice upgrade from 1660ti

Overall I am extremely happy with this computer. the packaging was secure, no issues with any broken or shifted components. Set up was a breeze. It handles all of the editing and gaming I do with no lag.

It’s a pretty decent little machine. The case is a bit weird to open and install new components. I hear the 4060ti is bad which gave me buyers remorse. It played rivals pretty well and overwatch really well. I was able to stream at 1080p while playing Overwatch in 2k and it was a decent stream. I switch this out for an HP Omen with a 4070 super and I feel like I won’t be upgrading it for another least another 6 years. Wait for a Black Friday sale and this Alienware is actually a decent price.
