Bought this several months ago and it's still really good, highly recomend it. Does exactly what i needed to and more, runs almost every latest game I tried.

Have had for over a month and am beyond happy with it. I am going to add 1tb SSD but other than that I have enjoyed playing any game at 1440p. I got it while it was on sale for $400 off so it was a very good price.

Works really well. The video card on it works great does not cause any issues with video or gameplay. It was very easy to set up. The hard drive has more than enough storage space for my needs.

I got this for $400 off so thats why I snagged this pc. In my opinion, it is over priced some for only having 16GB ram but it is not bad, because I did not expect it to be a high end PC. Only complaint I have with this, is the motherboard only allows 2 slots of ram, and it is locked to 64GB max. I do like Dell’s way of cooling though. I played for 4-5 hours on CPU and GPU being 80% utilized and it kept them below 70C which is good. so, i am happy with this purchase, but I would not get it for full price

Great Desktop to play games. My son has played several new games and is fast and reliable.

Very quite, runs all the games i want at max. Lot of the parts are propitary and non upgradable though.

From day one of getting my computer , it has been very easy to understand & has alot of features I love.

Very nice gaming computer for the money, recommend Alienware vs. cheaper alternatives. Prior machine had problems in first month

Very quiet during normal operation, I've heard that it gets a bit louder when it needs more cooling. A very good experience, I am very happy with this purchase and would buy again.

Anazing PC. Runs smooth, had BSOD within the first week of having and got replaced with a new one and havent had any issues since. Got it on sale so it was definitely worth more than the cost

I've been using this PC for a few months, and have found it to be very high quality. Quiet, Powerful, and looks pretty cool as well - way more PC than I need, but nice to have one whose limits are not always maxed out.

My 15 year old nephew begged me for this computer…he did so many chores around my house for months…so bought it for him…haven’t seen him in 3 weeks…called him and asked him how he liked his new computer, says it’s the best purchase I’ve ever made in my life, and spent an hour explaining to me why it’s the best gaming computer ever. I don’t understand half of what he was saying, but apparently it’s the best.

Runs fine need to get more storage and ram but besides that it runs a little hot bc it’s ailenware

[Employee of bestbuy] Loved the look and the ease of access that this pc had! However, weird glitches kept happening including lack of loading for voice channels and models in games. I checked network connection and drivers etc. But nothing fixed it, so I'm not sure if why it's happening. Pretty expensive for the specs as well, so I'm a bit disappointed :-(

I have been able to play any game I have pretty smoothly. No complaints. It's everything I could ask for considering the fairly low price tag.

Great pc minus windows 11. Had to downgrade to previous versions to even use my pc. Other than that. Love it. Quiet. Turns on nice, if I could get rid of windows all together this would be the perfect pc

Great pc! I’ve had for almost 6 months now and love it. Only thing I wish was possible was potential upgrades in the future.

Well the pc worked great for 1 day until the fan in the psu started making a grinding sound. I wasn’t able to make it back into the store to return or exchange the item so I decided to mail it in, that sounded simple enough. Until they got the package back today which no big deal that was about a week to get there.. then they hit me with the text message that says they will examine the return in 10 business days and it will take an additional 10 business days if they approve it to get a refund. 10 days just to find out if they deem the return even worthy? By the time they decide if the item is even worthy of a refund a payment will be due on my Best Buy card (which this is the only thing on it..) 0/10 experience, I’ve had issues with items purchased at Best Buy in the past and this will probably be the last item I ever purchase from them. I do not recommend Alienware since I purchased a different r16 model prior to this that was also defective, it kept overheating, and then this one, and also i wouldn’t buy from Best Buy period. Buy your pcs from a more reputable store that specializes in those products.
