Love this computer. Wish I’d had more rbg settings. But overall work great

Loved the look and the ease of access that this pc had! However, weird glitches kept happening including lack of loading for voice channels and models in games. I checked network connection and drivers etc. But nothing fixed it, so I'm not sure if why it's happening. Pretty expensive for the specs as well, so I'm a bit disappointed :-(

This was a great purchase. The look and the lights make it look great and the speed is perfect for gaming and value.

I have been able to play any game I have pretty smoothly. No complaints. It's everything I could ask for considering the fairly low price tag.

My 15 year old nephew begged me for this computer…he did so many chores around my house for months…so bought it for him…haven’t seen him in 3 weeks…called him and asked him how he liked his new computer, says it’s the best purchase I’ve ever made in my life, and spent an hour explaining to me why it’s the best gaming computer ever. I don’t understand half of what he was saying, but apparently it’s the best.

Anazing PC. Runs smooth, had BSOD within the first week of having and got replaced with a new one and havent had any issues since. Got it on sale so it was definitely worth more than the cost

Great pc! I’ve had for almost 6 months now and love it. Only thing I wish was possible was potential upgrades in the future.

Very good for the price, can run any game at max graphics and still runs very good

Runs all 80+ Sims packs smoothly, even with heavy mods. I am very impressed so far! This was a huge upgrade for me from the laptop I previously using. The rig feels well built and makes a minimal amount of noise. I will be trying out other games in the coming weeks but I don’t expect it to struggle at all. Definitely recommend, especially at this price point.

Well the pc worked great for 1 day until the fan in the psu started making a grinding sound. I wasn’t able to make it back into the store to return or exchange the item so I decided to mail it in, that sounded simple enough. Until they got the package back today which no big deal that was about a week to get there.. then they hit me with the text message that says they will examine the return in 10 business days and it will take an additional 10 business days if they approve it to get a refund. 10 days just to find out if they deem the return even worthy? By the time they decide if the item is even worthy of a refund a payment will be due on my Best Buy card (which this is the only thing on it..) 0/10 experience, I’ve had issues with items purchased at Best Buy in the past and this will probably be the last item I ever purchase from them. I do not recommend Alienware since I purchased a different r16 model prior to this that was also defective, it kept overheating, and then this one, and also i wouldn’t buy from Best Buy period. Buy your pcs from a more reputable store that specializes in those products.
