It can be picky with RAM, but I used Crucial 16x2 CP2K16G56C46U5 and it works fine with this RAM set. I'm getting all 5600MHz with no changes to the BIOS. Also, the lighting effects with Alien Command Center are pretty cool!

Not so much with this PC. It keeps failing to load Windows. They want me to bring the PC back into the store. I live 40 miles away and am on a 20 lb lifting capacity. They need to be more accommodating.

The similar model at the Dell site was much more and when asked to price match, Dell said they no longer carry this configuration and wouldn't price match me. Best Buy FTW!!

I haven’t downloaded or done anything to this computer that could have corrupted it. It works initially but the amount of bugs and glitches I’m getting are absurd considering the amount of money I wasted on it.

The computer ran for a few hours and did an update that included a BIOS update. After the update, the computer could come on to the sign on screen, but without wireless internet and I could not use the PIN to sign onto the computer make the computer a very expensive paper weight. Now, I have to drive 1.5 hours to Bestbuy to eighter return the computer or have the computer fixed. Really bummed

If this is you're first one you may want to purchase a higher quality gaming keyboard and mouse as this just comes with a basic wired dell set up.

1. At the desktop, click the Search the web and Windows box and type "problem reports".
2. Select View all problem reports viewing a list of errors that have occurred on your computer and possible solutions for them, such as updating drivers, flashing your system BIOS, or checking for updates to the software.
3. Under the Source column, look for Windows and under Summary, look for Shut down unexpectedly.
4. Right-click the line item and select Check for a solution.

This one evens a widget telling you about the CPU GPU etc info. There are other pc's with other than Intel i7 you won't be happy. Ryzen 7 is the only other that comes close to i7. It costs more but its worth it!!!
