I really don't know if this is the best product for me. I did not want to change platforms to Apple when I was updating my computer. This seems to be a good choice though.

I usually have League of Legends, youtube, pinterest, spotify, and Ctrl paint studio open. The lights are easy to turn off and change the colors. The front part is kind of hard to clean for the dust that builds up. It comes with a little wifi box that you have to use for it to work. Its not built in.

I've owned this unit for 45 days and during a gaming session, it shut down on me. As soon as it did, the PC attempted to start back up and shut down repeatedly like a car with a bad battery having trouble igniting the engine. After letting the unit go through a power cycle, I tried getting it to start back up with no success beyond the "Alienware" loading screen. I couldn't get Windows Boot Manager or Windows Media Creation tool to boot from a USB. Tried running the on-board diagnostics and was met with constant freezes during the process. I couldn't pin point if the issue was power supply or memory related. Regardless, it was safe to assume this issue was not OS related. Luckily, Best Buy was able to take it back due to my BB Total Support plan extending return to 60 days. It is a shame that this computer didn't work out because I enjoyed it while it lasted. Please consider these factors before purchasing this PC: 1. The RAM sticks have no heat sinks 2. The NVMe SSD also comes without a heatsink 3. The Power supply and graphics card are very closely packed together 4. There is only one front-facing intake fan and no additional fan pin on the motherboard to support a second The hardware inside this PC will run hot. This may not impact you if you're a casual user. However, if you're a power user wanting to utilize the capabilities this setup has to offer - you may want to consider an extended warranty or another PC with efficient airflow design.

I would like to return to get money back but the issues didnt begin until the 30 day return policy.
