    Never Trusting Alienware/Dell Again

    It has been non-stop problems since I purchased this PC with most issues - even wide reaching and publicly acknowledged ones - leaving me without a working desktop while I had to wait for parts to become available or while they decided if the issue was their fault. In the end they always deemed it their issue and refurbished parts were used for repairs. Now in under a year since the repair their refurbished parts have failed and they are not helping since the entire PC is not under warranty now. Avoid Dell/Alienware if you can.

    Great system powerful,loaded with gaming capabilites that any gamer would love. A must for anyone looking for a PC that will take care all of your personel home office needs and fill that love of gaming that we all have deep inside!

    I’ve owned many Alienware computers and this is the best hands down. They finally made one that is straightforward in design. I added another module (NVme) and it was simple. The rgb lighting is minimal but looks great.

    Kept crashing after purchasing! After 2 days of troubleshooting was told by Geek Squad that they would have to return it to manufacturer to be fixed. Ended up returning and got something different. Waste of my time!

    there wasnt a game this thing wouldnt crash multiple times.......some names just dont hold weight in the game anymore but i blame it on 14th gen intel cpu's tbh

    If I could give this piece of crap zero stars I would. DO NOT BUY THIS PC! Mine crashed constantly on every game I owned. It can’t keep itself cool and runs hot. Don’t waste your money. I returned mine and built the same pc specs for 600 cheaper.

    Think Twice abouth the Price. Bad NIC

    of all things to go south, the NIC card. After cable change and network trouble shooting, it is the on board NIC itself. I check the internet and it turns out to be a known problem with killer E3100 2.5 gp ethernet. Sort of dissapointed with that considering the cost. I bypassed the Killer E3100 and just hooked up the usb 3.0 and got my gigabit speed back. the onboard NIC will sometimes work and sometimes just drops to 100 Mbp. Trust me I tried about everything from Disable-Enable, uninstall the drivers and reinstall, updates ect. This problem comes and goes hence the difficutlty of troubleshooting.

    Don't waste your time and money buying this type of PC. I started having problems after six months of use. I have taken it to Best Buy for repair 4 times and still have the same problem. Blue screens, crashes in games. To me this PC is overrated.

    I loved it for the first 3 month and then the graphic card went out. It was a month past the return date. It has been shipped out for repair. I use the computer for work, so this is very inconvenient, and I am very disappointed.

    Top Tier Gaming PC

    Recently got the Alienware R16 with i9 and RTX 4080 and it's a game-changer. The performance is out of this world - handles all my games flawlessly. The graphics are crystal, and the i9 keeps everything running like a dream. Love the new design because it looks sleek, and definitely has that Alienware vibe. Yeah, it was pricey, but for this level of gaming power, I'd say it's worth every penny. Totally in love with this machine!

    First time buying a pc and love it so much very quiet and rtx 4080 runs my games so good and 2 tb of space is amazing plus the 14 gen 19-14900kf is a rlly good intel core i can tell its water cooled and doesnt overheat

    I haven't gotten the issue resolved with Dell Support but I'm currently unable to play games on this machine. I'm past the return period and every game I try to play crashes. This issue is worth looking up before purchasing this item because several others are also experiencing it. Very disappointed.
