I purchased this computer so I could use the VR Oculus Rift setup I received as a gift. My old PC was not going to handle the needs the VR demanded. So far I have been very happy with the computer, setup was simple, the fans are very quiet and the Alienware customizations add a little to the value. The only downside to this unit was the mouse and keyboard...They are junk and totally useless...They worked, but not at all what you need or want for a gaming PC.

My son loves, it's fast and plays all games with out a hitch..

This computer has a GREAT processor, a WONDERFUL graphics card, and it is made for gaming!

Getting the top of the line NVIDIA card for 4K capabilities was what pushed me to pick up this system. Plus I didn't have to wait to have anything built and it is easy to upgrade when the time comes.

I purchased this PC in store after the model I was looking for was not in stock. It handles the games I throw at it very well, and for that I am satisfied. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the PSU that came with it had a dead fan. I had dell replace it instead of BB due to the distance I am from BB. The service was quick and the replacement worked. After doing some research I found the 460w model PSU that the air cooled CPU models come with often have issues. Also the CPU and PSU fans can be extremely loud. If I could do it all over again I would opt for the liquid cooled model from dell with the larger 800w PSU, but it's working as intended and I'm pretty happy.

Very nice out of the box rig, it's everything I've always wanted in a computer. My local store didn't have any in stock so it had to be ordered. I also did an in-store pickup, quick and painless.

This thing is a monster. I dont think Ive had a computer before with this much power right out of the box. I bought this over building my own and am completely happy with my decision.

There are a few things I should have looked into before I purchased but overall am very pleased. Only one hdmi port.

So far I consider this to be a good product. Quiet, lots of power, great video, lots of USB ports for VR. I got what I expected for the price I paid.

Totally satisfied! Waited a long time to buy this! Everything I expected and more!
